I started at Cycle Fusion in March taking yoga classes and then I gave in and started spin classes and now I am doing boot camp. I feel so good after each workout and can’t wait to see what the next one brings. I am taking more fitness classes then I ever thought I would and I am in the best shape of my life. Cycle Fusion’s instructors push you to make yourself better. If you are looking for somewhere to break a sweat I highly recommend Cycle Fusion.
I started practicing yoga here in February and I absolutely love it here. Instructors are incredibly kind, empowering, and knowledgeable. The studios are clean and have the best and newest equipment. The location is perfect and they have classes all throughout the day. If you are wanting a good workout or just wanting to try something new this is the perfect place to go to.
Ive been attending classes at Cycle Fusion for the last 2.5 months - and Im 26 classes in!!! (And to be honest, that is probably more fitness classes than Ive taken in the past 7 or 8 years combined!) The location is very convenient for Cheat Lake living. Im especially loving the Baptiste Yoga classes. The studio is HOT, but not stuffy or humid feeling - I breathe great! This type of yoga is truly a PHYSICAL practice, which I really enjoy. The classes are free of Eastern religion undertones and instead focus on the body, movement, power, and mindfulness. There are sooo many chatarunga dandasanas (basically push ups) and my arms are thanking me for it. We recently were at Disney, and for those of us who have been to Magic Kingdom with kids, you know how far that terrible walk/ferry/shuttle/etc is after 10pm with tired kids! I carried my 4 year old for over an hour with my newly strengthened chatarunga arms! Total mom win! I highly recommend giving Cycle Fusion a try by using the free class pass and then continuing for future months of training!
