Had plan to get my windows tinted and went to Zeibart, so glad we decided to do so! My jeep looks great, they were very professional and made sure exactly what I was looking for.

Awesome job on bedliner. Same day pick up made it really convenient. Had them do a special edge around the top of the bed rails and tailgate and it turned out great!

I recently took a company vehicle which was previously used by a careless employee, and not taken very good care of to Ziebart. They’re excellent staff and chemicals, got the vehicle back in great condition. They did a great job inside and out.

It is hard enough to keep a fleet of work vehicles clean, but even harder when there is limited time to take them out of service to have them cleaned. Thanks Ziebart and Nick!

Not satisfied. I ordered vent shades. After 3 weeks I called the guy said Weve had them for a while I meant to call you. I set up the appt. It only took 5 mins to install which seemed really fast. After the waiting period I opened my window then closed it. My driver side vent shade broke. I looked up how to install the vent shades it said it takes about 15 minutes for prep and install. They definitely cut corners. Another vent shade broke 3 days later when my wife used the passenger window. Wasted $80.

Ziebart offers some great services to help keep your ride sharp and rust free. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. I had my jeep undercoated and it really improved the undercarriage as well as offering lifetime protection against rust. The only negative thing i could say is that i had to clean up some overspray on both sides of the jeep as well as clean the undercoating off of 2 shock pistons. Still i would recommend and because they were friendly and easy to deal with i will give a 5 star rating.

No one in waiting room. I cracked the door open to the garage and the guy said I couldn’t be in there. I said I was dropping my car off for window tenting and he continued to point at the door with employees only sign. I asked how I was to notify my presence and with his head down he pointed and said buzzer. He then said what are you here for. Told him to cancel my appt and left.Up to 3 stars. Manager called me and gave a good explanation and said it was being handled.

Great customer service, accommodating. Technician missed foreign debris under tint laminate, and wrinkling application on another. Coffee rings on hood and roof may not fly with extremely discerning customers.

Got the windows tinted on my truck. No appointment figured Id have to wait a long time or come back and they did it right away. Great job and fast. Good quality materials used. Tools great and they took their time and was very professional.

Great place for all your automotive protection needs and accessories. They recently installed a spray in bed liner in my new truck. They did a great job with the I stall . Went in yesterday, only to stand in the lobby for 10 minutes and no help in sight. There were 2 others behind me that walked out before I did. 1 customer in the waiting room said they were all in the back. Guess Ill never know if they actually do decent work.

They got me in real quick to do some tint work that I needed. Super friendly staff that was willing to chat and describe the process of what they were doing for my car. I was quite happy with my service here.Update: I ordered a set of weathertech floor mats for my car through Ziebart. Due to no fault of theirs they took a bit longer to get in, they were quite apologetic but I understand they can’t control how quick weathertech ships. When I picked up the mats they checked to make sure they would fit then offered to take my car into the bay and vacuum it out for me to put the mats down on a clean interior. It was greatly appreciated. Little touches like that mean I’ll be back again for sure.

Had not had my car detailed in a long time due to bad service at a large competitor at University Town City. But one of my two dogs that I transport daily had passed three ago and it would be too sad to clean out on my own.They really did a great interior detail and I’ll be coming back for more options. Frankly, I had driven by this business several times before and mistook it to be a car repair (engine mechanics) store. Once people realize it’s there - the business should do very well. I certainly plan on doing more frequent business here.Might suggest more comfortable lobby chairs (not so narrow) and a video loop on the TV explaining everything offered at the location along with what the benefits are. Hec, anything beats soap operas. No offense meant to soapies.
