Always took my car here for tires and had good luck with that but when asked to get my brakes checked when the tires were off, they said I had 50% pads left. Continued to hear noises and questioned that 50%, took it somewhere else and turns out I was on metal on metal on the rotors, like no pads left. Im not saying dont go here for tires but think twice about other services. Management needs to see this and do a better job there.

Ive used this business multiple times for tires and related services. Ive found them to be honest, provide quality service, and complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. They have also been straightforward with repair advice and havent tried to upsell parts and/or services that I didnt necessarily need.

I had a blowout on my RV. They had my tire and got me going within 30-mins. Everyone there was real courteous and knowledgeable.

Best place in town for tires. Service is great and everyone is friendly. Get there early because its first come first served but they get the job done right.

I had a wheel bearing go out on my way to work. They take appointment only, but luckily there was a last minute cancelation. They got me in and did good work. My go to for any issues with my car from now on. This place is amazing. FAIR cost!!!

Think twice before giving your money to Glotfelty Tire. I bought some tires back in July of 19 and put 30K miles on them(85K warranty). One of them starting making noise so I brought it in so they could look at it. They said one of the belts broke and WAS NOT covered under warranty. They recommended replacing two instead of just the one so I agreed. They put the new tires on and still have the noise. They told me the front tires need to be replaced because they havent be rotated. Thats a lie, theyve been rotated every oil change 5-7k and I mark the rims/tires to ensure they have been rotated. I contacted Goodyear to ask about the warranty and they said that is not correct, that the tire should have been covered under warranty. I went to the Goodyear place on Greenbag road and they showed me the issue, another broken belt in the front tire.  Goodyear is taking care of the situation and reimbursing me. If you want to buy your tires from a shady business Glotfelty is your place!EDIT. Responding to more BS claims. I told you the tires were rotated at the Honda dealership, I have all the records to prove it. Yet another lie. Goodyear showed me the broken belt in the front tire and said there was no issue with irregular wear BECAUSE I HAVE THEM ROTATED EVERY OIL CHANGE. Folks, this is how dishonest Glotfelty is, they lie and continue to lie when caught. Dont give these people your money.

I thought I had smelled oil and checked under my hood, my oil cap had fallen off, but I called Glofelty and they immediately sent a guy out to fix my problem. Have never had a bad experience. They have treated me right and even informed me when I thought I needed something much more expensive but that it was something less expensive. Definitely great place to go for tires and wheel related work.

Went in for tires and an oil change. Waited over four hours there at there shop while they drained my oil and never put any back in nor did they change the oil filter. However, they did take the time to reset my oil life meter on the dash and fill out a sticker and put it on my windshield. I drove home to cheat lake and my engine nearly seized up. Called the Morgantown location GM Jay Schifano who was a friend and lived up the road and explained the situation. He came to my house and checked the oil and crawled underneath my truck to assess the situation. He agreed there was little to no oil in the engine. He had it put on a roll back and taken to his shop the following morning and contacted the Parkersburg store that preformed the work. Parkersburg stated they never popped the hood on my truck only changed the tires. The Morgantown store called me to pick up my truck as there was magically oil in it when it arrived at their shop the next morning. I was instructed my truck had oil in it and I could take it as there was nothing for Morgantown to do and if I had an issue I could take it up with the GM of the Parkersburg store. My vehicle was not handled properly nor was this situation. My friendship with the GM of the Morgantown store was thrown away with both the unprofessionalism of him self as well as the Parkersburg store whom claimed they would refund my oil change and never have. My 2019 Chevy Silverado diesel LTZ has been trashed by This company and they take no ownership in doing so. For this I will never take my vehicles to them ever again and will no longer recommend them to companies or friends as I had previously. I’m disgusted at the manner in which they have handled this situation and strongly recommend anyone needing service find another option. No one should be handled in this way nor their vehicles.

When he asked how much it would cost they said “it’s on us today.” That my friends, is good customer service. That fella will probably be back to buy tires at that location. Been there twice both times 2 hours for oil change.

I went in for new winter tires. I had ones picked out after a long day of researching the right winter tire. After going in and asking about the specific tire work a very knowledgeable service member he suggested a different tire. He went into detail about how the tire is made we compared tire tread. I decided to go with his recommendation. It ended up costing me about $200 less for them. After a month I would say they are a great pick.

Great staff, super friendly, gave me options and actually seemed like they cared!! There was a dream catcher on the wall with a sign that read Our dreams are your safe travels or something of that nature. Obviously very small and not that important but still nice because I actually needed help. Felt like I was in good hands!

I appreciated the extra care they gave my classic car with a modifies performance suspension to the get the alignment just right. I do most of the maintenance on my cars myself, but they are my go-to shop for tire mounting and balancing and alignments.

Had a screw in my tire and thought for sure I was going to have to replace it. They looked at it and had it patched up in minutes and back on my car. Cloud have easily told me I needed a new tire. Saved me a bunch of money. Great customer service!

We had a very good experience with purchasing the tires approx 18 months ago. We purchased tires with a 70k mile warranty. After 20k miles driven on these tires, we were warned they barely passed during inspection and could be dangerous if driven in the snow. We stopped to have them checked, and he said they were still good because they had 4/32 of tread yet, and they wouldnt be bald until they were 2/32. In order for us to claim them under warranty, they said we had to buy new tires and provide rotation records, and that we might get a little back. They said Im out of luck if my father in law rotated them.I dont fault them for the poor tires, but I dont like how the warranty is handled for my tires. Ive purchased other tires at another tire place, and the warranty is pro-rated based on mileage and taken off of purchase price of new tires. They could tell from the wear that they had been rotated too since the wear was even.At this point, I wont be buying new tires from Glotfelty. Ill go anywhere else. Before you buy, make sure you ask how the warranty is handled. They were not up front about this when we bought them.*****Addition to clarify based on response**** I was not told of the free rotation package being available to me at Bridgeport when I bought the tires. We had extended tire service at Honda, and they rotated at least once. I also said I would have to get the records from them that could show we had hem rotated more. My father in law does maintenance on some of our vehicles from time to time, so it is possible he rotated tires as well.My purpose of my review is to warn people of the warranty issues that I am having. I am sure that not everyone has these issues, but I did. I will not buy another tire here based on this handling. (And FWIW, that extends already to several extended family members )If that is how you treat warranty for special order tires, you should be very specific up front. That might help you keep customers in the future. That was not the case here.

For at least the past 10 years I have used Glotfelty Tire for my state inspections, new tires, maintenance, and repairs on my 2009 Subaru Forester. I have been pleased with the professionalism of the employees and I always feel I have been treated well when I leave the place. I highly recommend Glotfelty.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection sticker. In a timely manner, I received a call from a Glotfelty staff member saying my car was done and ready for pick up. I paid for service received, chatted for a moment then left. Less than two miles after leaving Glotfelty, I pulled on to the interstate. As I entered the interstate, I heard something dragging on the road. I pulled off to the side of the interstate (scary as hell) and noticed something hanging from the underneath of my car.I instantly called Glotfelty and within 15 minutes a service guy arrived to help me.The man said the skid plate was missing. He tacked the piece up enough to get me back to Glotfelty so they could properly fix my car.Come to find out, the boy who changed my oil said he couldnt get the skid plate screws lined up so he decided to leave it off my car. What...who does this!!At the end of all this, my car was properly fixed, I received an apology and my next oil change is free. No one was hurt, at least I dont think so - I didnt see the boy who took it upon himself to toss aside a piece of my vehicle.All in all... Yes, I will continue to take my car to Glotfelty. They do excellent work and their customer service is great!BSC

I go to Glotfelty every time I need my tires balanced. They get my larger tires (33) balance better than anyone else. Ive only experienced one issue of some loose lug nuts after an alignment and it was a simple fix. Every other experience Ive had with Glotfelty was at a reasonable price and professional.

They always do a great job. Never had a problem. Always purchase our tires and get our oil changes done there.

I purchased tires almost a year ago from Glotfelty. When I was reviewing the invoice after installation, I noticed that I was charged well over what I had been quoted for tires and service. When I called them to inquire about this, they could not give an explanation as to why I was charged more. They did however refund me the difference when I came back in. Today I stopped in to have these same tires rotated, a service they offer for free if you buy/install there. I tried to call earlier in the week to set up an appointment, but they said they only do walk ins. When I arrived today, they said it should take about an hour maybe a little more. 3 hours later (for a 30 minute job) I finally got my car back and several people that arrived after me had been seen, serviced, and left before me. I understand that I had a free service and those were probably paying customers, but I also spent a good deal of money when buying the tires there. Also, my car smelled like cigarette smoke when I got it back. Needless to say, I will be paying someone else to do this from here on out because I dont have the tools to do it myself, nor the patience for mishaps like these.

They are just good than rest of the mechanic shop. Honest people and would charge fair price. Waiting area has coffee, reading material, and TV. You can get a ride to your home or office the day you drop your vehicle which is great.

They were suposed.to order my tires on December 21 made an appointment that day to get put on 10a on Wednesday 26 .. after I got there at 10:10 they took my truck around 10:30 rondo into bay at around 11 45 call me up there were only 2 tires shipped .. first of all if your costumes have appointments you would think hey this guys tires didnt come in we better call him.. I wanted 7 hrs of my life which Ill never get back on those morons did I say 7 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires SAD!!

So far very happy. Had a couple inspections, failed with stupid stuff like a small bulb but thats good, I wouldnt have known the bulb was out. Worked with me when Ive put on my own parts then come back for alignment. Alignment is done correctly and thats hard to find.
