Favorite hair cut place in Moreno Valley. People are always nice and cut my hair excatly how I want. You can bring in a picture (front and side and back angle) and they can cut your hair in that style (Ive done this multiple times). Usually pay $9-$13 depending on the style of haircut I get that visit. From my experience with other locations this is about average. Highly recommend this location
