Save yourself the time and headache!My husbands father passed away and we had the task of handling his taxes for the 2017 year. With him passing I suggested we take them to someone who can make sure it gets done correctly, we took them to the place in town and from the word go it was a nightmare. We submitted all the correct paperwork to get everything started including his checkbook and happily walked away thinking it was in good hands. About a week or so later we were told that the taxes were done we could pick them up paid our money and come to find out they did not include anything from the checkbook, we called them and they told us we never submitted the checkbook it was still in the envelope that they gave us when we pick them up. And this goes on through the year of back-and-forth stuff and to make a long story short we are well into the next tax season and I am finally submitting them to the IRS for the fourth time. After talking to the lady today she yelled at me and said that the man has to sign the paper and I explained to her that he was dead and he could not do it and then she yelled at me some more the woman with the long hair is the rudest person I have ever encountered very unprofessional and again it was a nightmare from the word go. I would never recommend them to anyone or ever deal with them again .
