I recently went to Jackson Hewitt to get my taxes done and the experience was awesome. The tax preparer was Tom and he was professional, knowledgeable, caring and an all around great person. He went step by step in the process of filling and made sure that we fully understood all aspects and my wife & I felt extremely comfortable having Tom take care of our taxes. I was helped by Tom at Jackson Hewitt. He was very helpful and kind. I have recently moved and he was able to help me with any questions I had about that. He also was very accommodating even though I came in at the end of the day. I had a great thanksgiving experience and plan to use Jackson Hewitt again next year.
