I don’t really know where to start, but I can tell you I never expected to feel the need to write a review for a mortuary. The Jones family and their employees went above and beyond to help make a difficult time seem easy. I live in Florida and was able to set up services and coordinate with my brother to take care of all of the tasks to prepare for our dads service. They walked us through the process and with a few phone calls, emails and texts, they were able to give us the service we wanted to honor my dad. I sincerely can not thank the Jones family and Kristian enough for everything!

We had my brother cremated a couple months ago and unfortunately we did not use Jones family mortuary but I did call them because I needed a small portion of my brothers ashes put into a vial so that I could have a glass flame with his ashes inside of it made and they did not hesitate to help me they were very pleasant they even stayed open a few minutes longer so that I can get there very very very wonderful place if I ever need assistance in funeral or cremation again they would definitely be the ones that I will call first five stars thank you very much for your assistance

I just want to share how amazing this business is. I started with Jones Family Mortuary in June and it has been by far the most rewarding place to work i have ever been. By nature i am already a social person but to be able to talk and interact with families that are literally all different types of personalities is where it really makes me feel at home. The Jones family have always been welcoming to myself but to every family that walks through that door and its comforting to know that i am apart of that kind of hospitality. While being professional they offer a service that is warming and welcoming to anyone who puts their trust in their company. I have learned many things working there. I know that i am very lucky to be apart of their business as well as doing my part to keep striving to make it an amazing experience for everyone as well as a comfortable environment for those that walk through those doors during a difficult time. Through compassion and their family values they have truly wrote the definition of a 5 star business!!
