Carlise-Branson Funeral Service went above and beyond anything I have experienced with any other funeral service. They were there for us in whatever we needed even after the funeral service was done. I would like to especially thank Chris Branson for his concern for our family and the excellent services throughout this trying time. I would recommend Carlisle-Branson before any other service.

Chris and his team did a superb job with my mothers funeral. They took the time to make sure every detail was handled perfectly. Many attendees commented how much they liked the programs and guest book. Chris made planning the funeral an very comfortable process and answered any questions we needed answered. All of the staff are very caring, compassionate and helpful. Even though my mother had preplanned her funeral there were still a lot of little decisions to be made and they guided us through every step. They went above and beyond personalizing the guest book, remembrance cards and thank you notes.

Very professional and handled everything with such class and dignity! In my opinion they are hands down the best around. From the ladies in the office to the director everything was done with care and respect.

They treated us with dignity and respect, and made everything from the guest book to the memorial service tailor- made for our mother. They reached out often to see if there was anything else that we needed, and conducted a follow up meeting with support information.

As I am not originally from this area, I was looking to make arrangements for my brother’s cremation and chose Carlisle-Branson because it was near my home. And I am very pleased with my decision! THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND CARING!!! Greg, the funeral director that helped me, was very knowledgeable. After our meeting, I really appreciated that he was available to me for questions that came up! And they sent text messages during the process to check on me. Jenna was very supportive when we met and talked a few weeks after. She offered a brief packet with resources, should I need them.. I cannot say enough good things about Carlisle-Branson!! And I will be asking for their help again soon, because my husband and I are wanting to preplan our own funerals.

We had a very positive experience. Everyone involved, was considerate, and attentive. The entire facility, was well taken care of, and was able to accommodate our needs. Carlisle-Branson was amazing for our family during a very difficult time. They took care of all the little details, helped us write the obituary, cared for our family, helped us with photos and special memories for the calling hours, provided thank you notes for my dad and checked in with us before and after the funeral. We would highly recommend their services to others.

We had a situation where another home took three days just to set-up an appt for the service and then could not accommodate us for another two weeks. Angie at Carlisle Branson was phenomenal in providing us immediate help and understanding. She was greatly helpful in a stressful situation and was available at all hours. The turnout for the service exceeded our expectations but the workers at the home recognized this and were ahead of the crowd in arranging additional chairs and working the background activities needed for a smooth service. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Very professional. They provided the caring details that we would all hope to have for an emotional day. Very glad we were able to get in touch with them.

My mom’s funeral was so well organized and had some beautiful special touches from Carlisle- Branson. In one sitting, they arranged everything for us with such professionalism- from writing the obituary, choosing flowers, selecting a casket, and creating a large picture from a simple email. They had so many special tributes we weren’t aware of. What could have been incredibly overwhelming was not. Thank you, Carlisle-Branson to all of your team!

Since our very first meeting on a Easter Sunday afternoon when mom passed away, and Carlisle-Branson Funeral Services came to our home they have been very professional, and respectful for our loss. Then in the coming days as we began to plan moms final funeral services we were met with sincere compassion, and support. The planning, and preparation was very difficult, but the support group at Carlise-Branson was there for our family every step of the way. They patiently listened, and gathered information as we shared memories about mom. It was a very difficult time to say the least, but the Carlisle-Branson support was amazing! Even after moms funeral the needed support continued as many from Carlisle-Branson followed up on our needs. I cannot speak highly enough about this funeral home and all the staff here. They made planning my mothers services extremely easy and all their information was very clear and easily understood. They never tried to encourage us to spend more money to help their bottom line and prices seemed very reasonable. We got many compliments on the pictures they did for the service (a collage as well as a slide show), which was included in their services. If we ever seemed lost, they gave helpful tips and suggestions, but never pressured us to do anything over another. I just absolutely love this place after they made such a rough time so easy for us. Hopefully, I dont need them again anytime soon, but I will use them again in a heartbeat.

My sweet father passed away on Feb. 15, 2020. He was flown from California to Carlisle-Branson and was under the care of Gregg Gruffin. COVID was just starting to change our lives and I was unable to be with my dad as he was buried. Gregg and Carlisle-Branson were absolutely a gift from God. They were caring and compassionate and made sure that my dad was buried with respect and love. I was able to watch my fathers burial via YouTube. Greg arranged for Taps to be played... honestly, Gregg was my angel in a time I needed him most. Someday, when the world is healthy I look forward to meeting Greg in person and thanking him for accompanying my dad on his final journey.

A year ago we found ourselves in need of making arrangements quickly. Chris Branson went out of his way and took time from his family on a Friday night to meet with us to make arrangements. Chris took his time and completely answered all questions. I appreciate the dedication Chris and Mary Beth have to the community and to each individual. Chris always makes you feel like family.

I can not thank Chris and his staff enough for the kindness that they showed me and my family when my son passed away almost 5 years ago very unexpectedly. Then almost a year ago my daughter passed away down in Mission Texas. Well Death of a close one is never easy on anyone and in time of stress and emotion one has to take care of things many of us never plan . We had a very sudden need for funeral help. Not just one but 2 at once. With never having to deal or plan this, I was at a loss. Called Carlisle Branson the next morning. They got us in that day for options/consultation. Again being so overwhelmed, in greif, disbelief, emotional. We left the funeral home feeling a since of relief as they helped immediately and professionally with options. Every question they had an answer for. We never looked anywhere else (as some of the extended family urged us too) because the feeling of peace we felt at the first meeting we had with Chris at the funeral home. The staff was very available to us over the next 5-7days leading up to the services. No call or question or drop in was left undone. Even after the services, the follow up is amazing. I dont know how we could of gotten through this with out the extra care and help we received from Carlisle & Branson funeral home. I would highly recommend getting to know this wonderful business before you find your self in a sudden need of their services. You dont know its too late, until its too late. So plan ahead and go visit. I love the outpouring support of this community. Local is the only way to not feel like just a number in the paperwork.... as we are family in this community. During a difficult time when we had so much to worry about, the entire staff tended to our every need and made the funeral experience flawless. We have had the funerals of both my parents here in the last 9 years and Chris and Mary Beth went above and beyond to make sure our family was cared for.
