I come here every time I need a fill or a pedicure/manicure. Lyn the nail technician does a wonderful job and always takes her time. She is very friendly. I will always come to her because she does a great job. She also waxes my upper lip and my eye brows! Thanks Lyn for always doing a great job!

I had these done less than a week ago! Top coat is completely peeling and cracking!

The only thing good about this place was that wax that they used on my hands and the massage.The pic shows what they did to me.the lady I was with did a horible job doing my nails .i asked to change the color I picked and she said yes but didnt do it.i asked her spacifficully to do my nails a specific way and she did the compleat opposite of what I asked and did a horribal job of doing it.i hate this place and I wont think twice about going there again.i cant velive that she made me pay $100 dollars for something I didnt ask for .i found a way better place in oklahoma and I would give the other place 👍👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because they do what I ask them to do and did a great job of It.Enchanted let me down and the girl I got was distracted,in a hurry,and did a painful job.I had do go to the doctor because the cut they gave my skin got infected and I had to get antibiotics for it.I WILL NEVER CIME HERE AGAIN AND DONT COME HERE PLEASE

If you come to this salon for your getting your brows waxed, then youre in for a treat. However, my experience in getting my nails removed was an entirely different story.Id come into this shop needing to remove my acrylics. I was greeted and seated immediately by a technician, who had then started to put cotton pads on my nails and wrap them in foil. In the middle of doing this, another customer came in for a pedi. So the girl who was originally doing my nails asked a different technician to remove them.This is when my experience went downhill. The woman who replaced my original tech did not know the meaning of gentle. She was so rough with my nails, when she was shaving my nails down to get the acrylic off, it was as if she didnt see the boundary between my nails and my skin. she nicked both of my pinky fingers, cutting them. It was very sloppy, especially with a tool that could hurt my skin.She then started to cut and file my nails down. Her attempt to cut my nails was very poorly done, my nails were so uneven and crooked, I had to go home and cut them myself. Her filing was just as sloppy and just as painful, for she filed my skin and buffed my skin as well. It all just felt extremely rushed and unpleasant.I used to rave about this shop and their ability to make my brows look flawless. They are always friendly to their customers and I havent really experienced any rudeness from them before, but after this nail experience I will no longer be supporting this business.

My husband and I have been going here for years now. Henry is great once you break the ice with him. If you become a regular they will definitely take care of you. I dont go anywhere else.

Hi.Got my nails done yesterday. This facility is super nice! The experience was wonderful. The woman. That did my nails was absolutely precious!!! However, I feel as though my nail polish could’ve had another coating done and the whole nail could be covered.

I walked in for the intention to get my Dip on my nails redone, but I walked out with only getting them partial taken off. When I walked in, only one girl was working on a pedi. They say me down immediately. I told them I was in a hurry so I will most likely be getting them taken off and coming back later after my appointments. It took a her over 20 minutes just to take off my nails so I didn’t have time for DIP. After I explained to her I was only getting them taken off, nothing else she stopped what she was doing and said “okay you’re done” I noticed immediately that not all the dip was taken off there was still a top final layer left. I was like umm there is still some on there?? She goes “oh no that’s normal” didn’t file them down or shape them. I paid and left. Definitely won’t be back.

Henry was fantastic with my moms pedicure. He recommended going with more than the basic for her and it was worth it! I didnt get the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she did a great job as well. Super friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Like someone else mentioned, they greeted their regulars who seemed relaxed. Best massage chairs ever. We will definitely return.

I had Henry to do my pedicure and was pleased with the service and professionalism I received. I had back surgery and had got out of the hospital the day I went for my pedicure. The extra care and attention I received was beyond expectations.

First time at this location and second time ever getting my nails done. Had a Gel manicure done by Cindy. She was very sweet and did a great job with my nails. I was a walk in on a Saturday morning and I was in and out in no time flat. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. You could tell the people who had come in were regulars and they seemed very at ease. Will be returning again. Maybe for something more adventurous!

I walked in and asked if I could get a full set and they said the wait was 2 hours. They had a nail tech not doing anything who was talking to me and I don’t see why he couldn’t do my nails. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I love this salon! I went in and got my natural nails dipped. It was my first time to try the dip, and it was awesome! My nails look so good! My nail tech was friendly, fast, efficient, and the pricing is reasonable! I will definitely be going back!

!st time when they first opened I had Snow do my manicure and it was fab.Then Been several times where they have their open sign on but they decided to close much earlier than posted hours. Terrible service this last time. Not to mention the pedicure was very sloppy. Nail polish did not cover whole nail. And the whole processed was so rushed not to mention they were trying to upsale as well as try to get me to do a manicure at the same time as my pedicure.

I got a pedicure done by Jenny and my daughter had her fingers and toes painted. It was a wonderful experience! They were all so sweet, took their time, and even though they’re doing some redecorating inside, everything was clean and we both felt comfortable. Can’t wait to do it again sometime!

I was going here for a while if was my go to because I wanted dip (better for you nails) however when I went to get acrylic it was very disappointing I told the lady that I wanted a checkered design she said that she could do it and I asked for blue they did not have the blue I was looking for I settled for a different one and she go to work she cut me 2 time and the end result was really bad I thought she would use a stencil but that was not the case overall the Service great and they are very friendly I just did not get what I was looking for

First they told me when i came in that they had colored tip which was not true. Then she rushed on my nails cause they were closing early for the 4th. The next day 2 of my long lasting solar nails were chipped and today another chips. I called and they refused to give me my money back. I will never go here again.

Terrible! Scraped my foot so bad that I started bleeding. Then I did the dip on my nails. I can not express how awful they were. That same night I went to another nail salon to get them redone!!! Im actually VERY upset that I paid at all. I should have gone back to get my money back! Do not go here!!!

Very friendly people. MiMi is wonderful! I cant have that little drill used because my fingers are very sensitive because of arthritis, and MiMi isnt using it and understand and is very careful. She is very sweet. Very good prices too.

I popped into this nail salon because it was close to where I had a meeting, and I really wanted my nails trimmed down. As soon as I walked in, I realized it wasnt the cleanest salon. Staff members nipped at each other about who would do my five-minute gel nail filing, and I felt like a burden for being there. Once I left, I noticed the nail tech didnt pay much attention to what he was doing because my nails were inconsistent lengths and not filed straight. (This is the whole reason I went to a salon instead of just doing it myself, so I was let down.)I couldve caught them on a bad day or come in at a weird time, but for some reason, the experience was not great. The salon needs a bit of a cleaning.

Owner did my wifes nails and completely destroyed them. Filed horribly, scratchy and ripped on the way home. Then when you call to leave feed back they hang up on you.DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON, customer service and nails really isnt their thing. Not even sure why they are open.pathetic.

First time in Enchanted nails and I was more than impressed...

Terrible ! Just came from the nail shop 1st of all the lady rushed threw my friends nails, and didnt clean the access paint around the nail. Then another girl was doing her toes, and did a horrible job!! She messed up a toe then looked at her to see if my friend would say anything, and tried to dab the paint that clumped up. The whole time she did my friends toes she acted as if she couldnt hear us asking her curious questions we had about the polish. She kept saying Huh then turned around and started talking to the lady that was doing my friends nails but in a very low voice, then they started laughing ! As if they were talking mess about the work that they were doing on her nails knowing they looked horrible ! 😐

I have been going to this salon since they opened in 2012. Love them and their work.

Was the worst experience ever I asked for matte colored nails instead made it shiny and said they didnt have matte. My nail are soo crooked and uneven. They are super rough on your nails to where its hurts after they are done. Charges me $40 for something I dont like. Worst customer service ever dont go here 👎🏼

The following stuff happened on May 11, 2015.I usually do not have a problem with them at all. All the workers are really nice and take care of our needs. Mimi is the usually person that does mine, my sister and my moms eyebrows, and since she was not there, another person had to do it. Right off the bat I could tell she did not want to be there. As she was waxing my eyebrows, I started tearing up (because DUH it hurts), and I jokingly apologized, she replied they are really bad... That is not something you say to someone getting their eyebrows waxed. She was not gentle with my face at all, as the other workers are. She was also unkind to my sister. As I was paying I asked her her name and she said Karen. After I left, I told my mom about it and she said Karen was ALSO rude to her, and said some unnecessary things.The next day at work (5/12/15), a friend of mine that I saw there the day before asked me about Karen, and she ALSO said that Karen was rude to her.I also noticed that Karen did not use the proper sanitizing ways of switching between my sister and I... (yes, we are sisters but still...)I love going there but Karen makes me not want to go there.

I have been coming here for about 4 years now. Good service and friendly.

Waited quite some time to be helped even though being told there was no wait. It appeared the tools were being reused without sterilization & the space didnt seem as clean as it could have been. My manicure was so-so & they cut my sister to the point of bleeding with no apology when trimming her cuticles. I would pass this place up in favor of the many other options in the area.

Overcharged for bad service

I went in to have my eyebrows done. They took a Chunk out of my eye lid!!!! Who has eyebrow on the eye lids!?!?! I will drive the extra 10 mins away next time!!!! It was rushed and my eyebrows look horrid!!
