Absolutely fabulous as always! Today I decided to do the dip powder versus the shellac. I also got a pedicure of course. My go to pedicure is the deluxe fragrance Rose. Friendly staff very caring fun atmosphere who doesn’t love a massage chairs in HGTV!

Employees are extremely nice! New chairs, even childrens, & plenty of stations! HUGE selection of colors, styles, art, etc! Right now with COVID-19 its best to call for appt.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and was excited to come get a pedicure before my baby is born. I had informed the lady that my feet are really sensitive right now and very swollen to be please mindful of that. She apparently did not hear me and during my pedicure I had to tell her multiple times that my feet hurt to be please more careful. While buffing my toes she kept holding my feet down but I was informing her that she was buffing more of my skin than my actual toe nail. When I was done I informed her that my heels were still rough and asked if she can smooth them out but all she did was apply lotion and said she couldnt do it because my feet were sensitive. Needless to say I did not have a good experience and was very upset because I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure but instead was very uncomfortable the entire time.

A little on the pricey side, but worth it! Very clean environment and you could tell they take pride in the cleanliness!

Not the least expensive but the most wonderful experience for your money. Its so very clean, friendly, and the work is amazing. Customers have their own box of tools so you arent sharing with random people. All the services are worth every penny.

Beautiful, clean salon with a very friendly staff! Felicia gave me a pedicure today and she was awesome! I was overdue and had some bad ingrown toenails. Felicia took her time to get them out and it wasnt even painful. I would recommend this salon to my family and friends!

Ok today was my first time to go to Empire nails and beyond. I had gone somewhere else before for a pedicure for ingrown toe nails. They cut me and ruined my nails. Saw Felicia and she did a great job and didn’t hurt or cut me. I will definitely be back. Great customer service.

My mother and I went to this salon several times for manicures. The third time we went was the problem. After about three days the nail on my middle finger started hurting worse and worse. I was working 12 hour days and had to work five days in a row. I didn’t have time to go to the salon. I soaked my finger in acetone to try and see what was going on. My nail was about halfway full of a fungus. I didn’t want to tell anyone because I wanted to give the salon a chance to fix it and my mom enjoyed finally getting her nails done. About three weeks later my mom went alone and she told me how her nail tech told her to leave her purse on the floor and go wash her hands. She picked up her purse and put it on her arm because she didn’t feel comfortable leaving it in the front while walking to the back to wash her hands. The owner, Kim, jerked her purse off of her shoulder and set it back on the floor and pointed to the sink. My mom is 76. My mom told her she was taking her purse with her. No one talked to her the rest of the time, but the techs spoke in their language making my mom feel very uncomfortable. I called about my finger and Kim told me she didn’t believe me and I could go to Google and look at her reviews and see they were good. I told her I was trying to handle it in a civilized way and didn’t want to give her a bad review. She said “I have many good reviews. I don’t care.” My husband had bought us both gift certificates, but due to the issues we had we went in to discuss Kim just giving us a refund and we would be on our way. She told us she never pulled the purse of my mom’s arm as my mom was explaining to her what she had done. I showed her my finger and she said she would only believe it if I went to a doctor. She refused to give us a refund and walked away from us. I had no intentions of writing a review of their terrible customer service, Kim’s rude behavior to my mom and the fungus I got from them, but her lack of professionalism and her refusal to acknowledge the issues made me want to warn others.

I go here often, my nails always come out really good, but if you dont ask for a receipt and youre using a card they charge you extra. Also most of the time they arent very friendly either. The last time I went I told the person that was doing my nails what I wanted and they didnt listen to what I said at all and did what they wanted. But like I said my nails always looks great when I leave.

Kim is the best, my mom and I both have problems with ingrown toe nails and Kim xan always get them out so they feel way better. This place is very clean and the new salon is so spacious and even has pedicure chairs for little girls.

Today was my first time going here. I went to get my eyebrows done and for the first time I excited with job they did. I will be going back. Thank you ladies for the excellent customer service and job well done

Horrendous customer service with a good clean case of fungus to boot. I bought my mother gift certificates here, and they were only too happy to help me spend my money. However upon realization that my mother received a fungal infection after her last experience, we asked for a refund. We were told “no” called “liars” and when we said we’d be leaving bad reviews, we were told that she “didn’t believe us.” It was an insane experience where my mother got a fungal infection and got called a liar on top of it. No apology and no remorse. Just pitiful.

Great and enjoyable experience

My daughter and I came here because it’s right by our house. We will never come again. My daughter is 4. The owner got mad because they started on me and not my daughter first. So she got bored. HELLOOOOO SHES 4! And was turning in the chair because literally 20 minutes her sitting there with no one working on her. And so yes, some water came out of the pedicure thing and got onto the floor. The OWNER WAS TOO BUSY WITH HER FRIEND AND THEN THREW A FIT. I wait tables for a living and it’s not a big deal if someone makes a mess. I never throw a tantrum and then yell at the parent of a kid makes a mess. Who does that? The owner here. We used to love this place. But some water on the floor isn’t the end of the world.

Always take such good care of me!!! Make this YOUR place!!

Rude rude rude my wife went there to get nails and toes done. She had one person start on her nails and just got up and left. She did not get what we paid for. Ver very expensive
