I would not recommend, I went and got my nails done and they are super thick, she put the acrylic in the gel polish On my skin so even though I got them a day days ago they are already catching on my hair, I traveled 45 minutes to this place, I asked for a refund and they told me they do not do that, I asked for them to fix them they refused, they charged me almost $60 plus my tip

Came here because of a friend’s good review. The people were super kind but couldn’t understand what I was asking (wanted gel French tip on my toes) and then did the wrong color initially on my dip nail. They were able to get me what I wanted but some of the areas on my nails after the dip was placed are filed a bit too much on the nail surface (not the edge) causing small craters to be present, though they are not super noticeable they are obvious to me the one person who sees them more often than anyone else. Probably won’t be coming back.

Absolutely love this place! Love the owner! Tee is the absolute best. Every time I ask for something she does her best to create it. You want to have a beautician for nails, brows, and soul??? This is the place. She loves her job and doesnt rush you or make you uncomfortable. I feel sexy and amazing every time I leave here.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and a second chance after seeing so many amazing pictures, but it just wasn’t for me.My first time, the lady doing my manicure was on her phone. She literally watched a video/show and made 2 phone calls. She also got a little carried away with the cuticle cutter and cut my toe. She didn’t apologize, ask if I was okay or anything.Unfortunately, the first tech still did a better job than the second one I had. The second manicure some of my nails were crooked and she didn’t take the gel all the way down the nail on some of them. On top of that, their numbers were off or something because I got a different color from the example that I picked.I will say that their gel lasted the full 2 weeks before starting to chip/peel. Whereas at other places I’ve been it usually only goes about a week. So they have good products.

I would never go back here. I just paid 42.00 (plus tip because Im a nice person) to have nails soaked off and my real nails painted with gel polish. Granted I did get skull STICKER decals on two of my nails. But I could have done a better job myself. They are lumpy and unprofessional looking. This is the second time Ive been there and both times Ive been pretty disappointed

There is a nail tech there named E and she is so sweet. She asked me the whole time if I liked how she was doing my nails and any requests I had she was nice and accommodating. Most of the time when I go get my nails done at other places, they dont care if I dont like a certain way or want something specific, they do the opposite and argue about what I want. This place is great though and E really does great!

This place seemed very unsanitary. The polish bottles had so much polish build up on them you couldn’t even put the lids on. I don’t think the nail tech that did my nails was licensed. He also sounded sick and wasn’t wearing a mask or taking any precautionary measures. My nails came out so thick they look ridiculous. I’ve heard great things about this place and thought I’d try them out and unfortunately I will not return.

This is definitely the best nail salon Ive ever been to! They have hundreds of colors to choose from, in all forms (regular, gel, dip, etc). They offer other services as well like eyelash extensions and facials. Manicures and pedicures come with very good massages and they offer drinks while you get your nails done. I have long been looking for a good nail salon and finally gave up and didnt my nails done professionally for a few years. So glad we discovered them. Weve been regulars ever since!

Okay so I this is the only place I’ve been to in the city (I’ve been to over 10 nail salons here) that does a TRUE dip. Every where else will do dip and finish off with a gel top coat. NOT THESE GUYS. I was sooooo EXCITED that much to my surprise no lamp was pulled out and she started lotioning up my hands immediately after the top coat. If I could give 6 stars I would.

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because its in a nice area/clean inside. As far as customer service and actual services provided... I gave 3 separate chances and each and every time was more than disappointed. Uneven paint application, uneven/not matching shape sizes, etc. More expensive with less quality work. Will definitely not recommend or return.

Lady had some young man work on my feet. Definitely didnt seem certified. Barely scrubbed my feet. Don’t recommend.

Tee and her staff are amazing and the always do an excellent job while Im there! Their services are worth the money and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my pampering needs

Very, very disappointed in my visit. I felt like the tech was more concerned with going out to smoke then working on my nails. Nails looked grown out within just a few days because the polish was put so far away from the cuticle area. The pedicure was great, but again, smoking during the appt was a little much. When paying, there was a service fee for each tech who helped me. This shop is absolutely gorgeous on the inside, but I would never recommend due to the service.

Worst nail salon !!!! I came in & marked on the sign in sheet (specifically) what I wanted done & I asked for a “acrylic pedicure” when the women started giving me a regular pedicure then I told her it’s suppose to be an “acrylic pedicure” so they got a man to start working on my feet when he just did the same thing as the women when I clearly just said it’s suppose to be acrylic. So then my boyfriend came in & talked to the women at the front desk & the whole time they don’t even do “acrylic pedicures” which they could of said in the first f****** place. Worst service ever!!!!

Its a great salon. Nail tech E did my nails today and I love them. She is sweet and precise. Another nail tech her name is T, is very professional as well! They both have great eyes for detail and make sure to provide quality work that makes clients happy.

My first time in and Steve was great! Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The shop is modern and extreemly clean. My nails look beautiful! I will definitely be a regular customer.

I wish I could rate this salon higher. My first experience was so great. T is very kind and amazing at what she does! Unfortunately, my second experience was not as great. I went in around 6:45 to get a broken nail fixed and as I walked in I saw the shorter male taking pictures of three girls standing at the counter paying from behind them. He then walked over behind a girl getting her nails done and took a picture of her. I also caught him trying to take pictures of me from behind. I am not sure what the purpose of taking these pictures was, but I wanted to leave a review to warn others just to keep an eye out if you do go! I had to rate this salon so low due to how uncomfortable I felt while I was in there.

I came in as a walk in, and only had to wait 5 mins. I got a soak off and and ombre pink and white. I absolutely love this place and I will definitely be back. Very professional and friendly as well.

I am going to give 4 stars for this place even tho my nails look absolutely terrible, and here’s why- The staff was super sweet, the facility is beautiful and modern, everything is very clean, and their overall service is REALLY great!!BUT. I went here to get my nails done in shellac for my birthday and they looked AWFUL. The picture I’ve attached shows a little bit of how the polish does not meet the edges of my nails, the color is blotchy, and the most of the ends of my nails literally do not have shellac on them. Almost like my lady couldn’t see very well to know that they weren’t finished? I came in with very long nails and she shaved them down SO short I almost cried because it took me so long to grow them out. My friend’s nails who went with me on the other hand looked WONDERFUL! The other random ladies nearby getting their nails done at the salon also looked GREAT. So it was literally my lady who didn’t do well which is why I’m giving it 4 stars still. We finished getting our nails done right before they were closing and my husband had already paid for my nails so I didn’t want to make them stay late to redo them. I also don’t live in OKC so we didn’t have time to go back the next day otherwise I would. I would still recommend this place, just not the lady I had!

Need to hire better nail techs. The one that always seems to be there when I come doesn’t try to make conversation so you just sit there awkwardly in silence. Dip nails came out SUPER chunky and thick. Design was cute, but the lady that did my nails already seemed displeased with my request so I didn’t bother being picky. Have only been 3 times and this was my second not so great experience. I thought I would give them a second chance but no improvement. I see other people’s nails come out so nice on the Facebook page but I never seem to get that kind of quality.

Ill never go here again. They made my nails so thin I cracked them just typing. He got my finger with his dremel 4 times and when I told him he hurt me he said no its ok. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I sat an appointment for a pedicure and full set. My nail tech was not very polite and I had to keep asking her to make sure all my dead skin was off and to cut my cutticles. She gave me the fastest softest massage and to be honest I waisted $60(still tipped 20%) I then sat in a chair for 40 minutes waiting for my scheduled nail appointment for my full set so I decided to leave. No full set and an unfinished pedicure to show for my waisted time and visit I did get an appology from another employee. So thanks.

I went into The nails bar and got a Manicure and they even did a foot treatment and and made my feet feel so soft and great. I am a man who works hard and wants to keep myself groomed and looking good, I have to say the Owner was first class and staff was so nice and friendly.. I sent my girlfriend and mom and now they go to the nails bar to get first class treatment and now they are customers for life. I have to say The Nails Bar is so classy inside and makes you feel like you are at 5 star resort and so relaxing. I also have to say the prices are so reasonable and i bought 5 gift cards for birthdays and Christmas. I am so happy this place is located in a great location. I give this 5 stars out of 5.

Nails look good but, marble design came up before I left shop

I enjoyed my experience at The Nails Bar in Moore! I live in Norman and usually go to a place here but I saw the color selections offered and I had to try them out. I feel bad for going somewhere else, but my nails look so much better. They aren’t near as thick (I get the dip powders) and they have TONS of colors to choose from. I’ll agree with someone of the other reviewers, my natural nails were trimmed down significantly but I wanted an oval shape without tips and it came out fabulously. I’ll be returning to The Nails Bar in Moore.

I paid $270 for my mom and I to get out hands and toes done. I have had four nails break in less than a week of getting them done. Im not pleased. The people there are very nice but the quality is less than good.

Ever since I’ve got my nails done here, I will never go anywhere else to get them done! This place is amazing and the vibe there is great! I also got a facial done there and my face was so smooth after and refreshing! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a GREAT nail place!

I always get my nails done at this salon, all my nails come out so good. All the techs are super friendly. The place is so modern, and relaxing. Pedicures are so good, my feet are smooth & my toes look so pretty! This is a good nail salon to go to and to stick with!

I had the worst experience ever! My nails were uneven and had glitter in it due to the brush she was using to wipe the dip powder off. When I asked her to fix it she called me difficult in Vietnamese. In which I understand fluently and did not appreciate . Actually, they talked about every customer that was there. I received a coupon that I will never use because I will never return.

I got a pedi and a full set. The pedi came out wonderful. My nails however look like straight trash. The owner even tried to fix them but they were too far gone. And instead of redoing everything she just acted like I was in the wrong for not liking my uneven, pointy, rough nails. She gave me 10$ off my next service. No thank you, I will not come back.

I love this place. Tee and her family make you feel at home. Everyone speaks English and remember you from your first visit. Ive had my nails done in several places over the years and The Nails Bar is #1 on my list.

They did not give me a price on a service that they offer and she did not give me the option to wash my hands. So, I walked in to get a $20 fill in and walked out with dirty hands and a $50 bill!! If they had told me it was $35 I would have immediately declined. And my once beautiful long nails have flaws and she filed them into little nubs. I was unhappy with my last shop but I will happily go back. I am extremely angry and I feel taken advantage of.

I usually go with my Hispanic girls to do my nails but they didn’t have any availability and I didn’t wanna wait. So out of desperation I came here BAD idea my nails were misshaped they were wide not coffin shape 🤮 they were facing different directions. I had to reshape them took me all day I paid $60 I never pay that with my Hispanic girls and I leave more than happy next time I’ll hold up. The Asian girls are only good for peds and that is sometimes because they get lazy and just rub lotion on ur feet and call it a service and charge you $50.00 I could do that myself for free. I wanted to upload a picture of my nails but don’t know how.

If I started at a full 5 star rating and removed a star for each cut I left with on my fingers, this review would be a negative one. Thats right! Ten fingers, 6 cuts. The shop is very clean and very beautiful and modern. There is a long bar down the side of the shop where one sits for a manicure. The issue, though, is the barstools are uncomfortable and the granite is cold.I went in without an appointment after not being able to get into my usual place. I have a friend who goes here so I thought Id try it out. The place was empty, which probably should have been a sign. There was slight attitude about not having an appointment which was odd to me, because there was 2 ladies chatting while a 3rd did another womans nails.I explained that I wanted a dip powder mani and they helped me choose the colors. The nice young lady then went to get Steve who was going to do my nails. I waited at least 15 minutes for him to come in from wherever he was hiding at. He never once asked me what I wanted in terms of shape or length. He used the electric file to file the old dip off and had to stop repeatedly as my nails were getting too hot. He then did the process to apply the dip to my nails.Afterwards, as he was buffing the top coat, he continually filed my cuticles. The first time I winced and said, Ow, I was ignored. The second time, he said, What? That hurt? I said, yeah..cuticles. This happened a third time.Finally, I left with pretty color on bumpy, crooked, too long, too round, uneven nails and the aforementioned 6 cuts.Definitely wont be going back.
