Love this Valvoline they were out of my oil filter had to go to Walmart to get one. Was not happy but everyone there was in a great moods, so it turned mine around. Their energy at the shop was awesome. Keep it up

Matt, Kyle, Richard are champions. If I could give 50 stars I would. Passing through town and thought Id just go to Walmart to get my oil done at a big box store. After a disappointing a cold 2 hour wait where my car was not acknowledged by the team there once, I called Valvoline and instantly received polar-opposite amazing customer service on the phone from Hayley. Upon arrival everyone made eye contact, acknowledged that I was waiting for service and got me in as quick as they could. The guys servicing my car were kind, friendly, and helpful in explaining what my car needed. They communicated across the shop like a team to quickly service all cars on the property. They showed me the status of my air filter and clean oil after the change.. So impressed and wish I lived here so this could be my regular shop. Thanks everyone!Edit to add Chris who brought some serious muscle to my tire rotation!

Very well organized and efficient operation. The only beef I have is that they dont have a system that ensures whoever is first come is first served.

The guys here made this such a great experience I would want to drive up from Arizona just to get my oil changed here when it needs it again.

Got my oil changed and when I left my car started acting up. They had unplugged some components of the air system. Cost me 125.00 to have my car fixed. Called Valvoline and they put me on hold transferred me around and never got anyone that would help. Wont go there again.

Just started using this service center after living here some 20 years. So much cleaner, friendly and thorough then the service station I have been using. Wish I had tried them put sooner. And receipts are emailed, as well as coupons!

Do not patronize this establishment, they wont honor a battery warranty that is less than 6 months old and cost almost $200, they also dont do a good job servicing your vehicle, find another place for service.The manager Matt needs to be fired

The service was very quick and the staff was super polite. They wear masks and seem very knowledgeable. Also they didnt pressure me into any crazy add-ons. Which was a relief.

Quick and pleasant. Have an import but they had the oil and filter no.problem.

Disastrous experience I was informed that they could do a transmission flush drove 2 hours to get there and they said because my car did not have a dipstick they could not do it however when I spoke with their customer service and gave them all the necessary information she assured me it could be done I spoke with corporate office they said they were going to compensate but a week later nada.

In/Out faster then expected which meant less down time from work. I really appreciate their efficient, professional service. Ill definitely be a return customer! 😊

Got an oil change and radiator flush. The guys there didn’t know how to work the machine to flush the radiator and were on the phone with someone to figure it out. After getting an alert on my truck to change oil prematurely, we checked under the hood and saw that they didn’t push the dipstick in allowing for dirt and debris to enter. Called the manager and the best he could do to correct the situation was a $15 discount. Sad that they can’t do any batter than that to keep a customer. Don’t waste your time there!

I understand the business model of being drive thru oil change service, but when you turn people away because they cant wait in line for a service seems to be a bit too far into that model. You really need to reassess not allowing people leaving their cars for service.

Good service, helpful staff. They seemed to know their jobs and took working on my truck seriously, making sure things were done right. The pli change, etc. seemed a little slow, but then it was a busy time.

The management is extremely unprofessional, he stayed on his phone most of the time and barely acknowledged me. The other employees arent any better, they like to whisper rude comments to each other like you cant hear them. Id never go here. Id rather do my oil change myself. Anyone I ask whos been here before me were just as disappointed in their service. Easy job, bad quality service and product. Do not recommend.

Speedy service but make sure your engine doesnt blow up. Forget these crooks.Had an oil change, and they bragged about an 8min turnaround, and they advised me my 90k fluid flushes are due. 3 times I said to check my levels and they reassured me.The receipt came back saying they were all good, but in fact brake, radiator, and transmission were showing half or less on the guages.

I had an issue with my truck and they properly took care of it.

Fast, efficient, friendly, and a reasonable price. Love not having to haul my baby out of the car to sit in an uncomfortable waiting room for an hour.

My visit to my Valvoline store was complete as they checked the fluids and tire pressure while also changing my oil. I didnt want any other services and they were not pushing me to buy other services. We have both out cars serviced here an always we are satisfied.

My experience here was truly 5 star. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and the manager Nicholas Guillen was outstanding he went out of his way to be helpful!!!! Much appreciated especially since I was from out of town! ! !

I exited my car and went to waiting room like I have done before. Manager came out of office and told me to remain in my car as it was a drive thru service. I told manager I would like to remain in the waiting room if he did not mind. Manager said he did mind, and to return to my car because he had spent :all that money on computer screens by the windows of the vehicles. I told manager no one outside told me to stay with my vehicle nor were any signs present to do so, but I would kindly wait in my car for remainder of the service. Managers remarks were rude and he could have explained the drive thru service differently. I will note the last visit to Valvoline several months ago, I did wait in the waiting room and was offered coffee by employees. I will look for a new oil service facility as well as tell/share my experience with people via social media.

Thorough, quick and good systems in place so you know they don’t make any careless mistakes. All while you sit in your car.

Good helpful employees fast service

I had the worst service today at the Townsend location in Montrose, CO. I stopped for an oil change and it took 10 minutes for a person to come to the front to assist me as 3 people were working on 1 vehicle. I asked them to use a synthetic blend in my 2015 Chevy Silverado.When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was told they used full synthetic at an increased cost. I was then told a series of lies.#1 They tried to call my cell phone to tell me they didnt handle the viscosity of oil I requested and was going to use full synthetic. My phone never rang. When I told the customer service rep that, he then proceeded to tell me I gave them the wrong number. My correct phone number was on the receipt.#2 I was told that the only oil used in my vehicle was full synthetic since it was under warranty.#3 When I took my user manual in and showed the service rep that the recommended oil was a synthetic blend, he told me the book was wrong and the computer said otherwise.#4 I was told that on my oil cap it said full synthetic only. It does not.#5 On my receipt it states the tire pressure was checked and okay. The pressures on the receipt was 40. My vehicle showed every number but 40, ranging from 38-43 depending on the tire. The recommended pressure is 35.The customer service people were rude, uninformed, and actually told me to take my vehicle to the dealer next time.I personally feel if this is the way this facility is run, and the standard of care customers are treated, I strongly recommend looking at your business practices. As a customer, I do not appreciated being lied to, talked down to, and told my owner’s manual is printed incorrectly. I am sure that I am not the only owner of a 2015 Chevy pickup that has been in for an oil change. I would think the representative would know that the oil needed for this vehicle is not carried by the shop they work in. It makes me wonder how many other people have been subjected to these lies without their knowledge.Believe me, when I left I was very upset. I will never step foot in this business again. I will tell everyone I know about this experience and recommend another business entirely.

Took my car here after being charged 145$ for an oil change to find out a week later they didn’t put the cap back on right and all my oil leaked into the street and now my engine knocks 🙃 would avoid like the plague.

Stay with your car during service? - This facility is located next to grocery store and used to let you drop vehicle and go shop while vehicle was being worked on. Just seems like a silly waste of people’s time. I went elsewhere ..

First customer this morning all went well until left the shop. The skid plate on my car was not replaced properly when draining the oil and it caught on a lid outside the garage door and tore. Discovered it when I got home. Technicians heard the pop when it happened but did nothing.
