He said that he wanted to make it happen, and he did splendidly. He was very pleasant to work with, very attentive, and willing and able to do what he could to get us his best deal. He got us a car that we are now very happy with, and he followed through by taking very good care of us at the showroom. The finance person Tiffany was also exceptional. I have always had great experiences with Flower Subaru. Their service department goes the extra mile in helping me find parts, giving great advice, and getting work done on time. I have to drive 1.5 hours to get to them, so knowing work will be done correctly the first time is key. Their loaner car and shuttle also mean I can use my wait time productively.
I recently bought a 2014 Subaru Impreza from Flowers. In the past I have not bought vehicles from dealerships, so I was a little wary and wasn’t sure what to expect. The whole process was extremely easy and Leland and Tiffany went out of their way to make accommodations to help me out as I recently had shoulder surgery. I’d recommend them highly.

Salesman Johnathan seemed to only be interested in the Big Sale and seemed to be struggling with listening to the needs of the customer. He definitely would have better sales if he focused more on the customers interests, rather than his paycheck and the quick sale. He just seemed to be more interested in getting us off of the car lot than building a raport with us. Went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle that same day.
Ran into the service area at the last minute because I just needed the cross bars on my roof rack adjusted (because they were stuck so tight I couldnt get it myself). Chris came right out and helped me do it. He didnt even charge me and it took about 2 minutes. That was very fast and helpful service!
AVOID PURCHASING ANY VEHICLE HERE.. I purchased a 2017 vehicle a little over 2 months ago and have only put 2700 miles on it. It’s been in the shop for front end tie rod assembly, two new batteries and new brakes and rotor repair. I’m in about $1500 out of pocket. I spoke to two managers at flower Subaru. They will tell you that the vehicle went through an inspection. Not sure who their inspectors are. They will refuse to assist based on their inspection. I would think when you purchase a vehicle for over $50,000 that they’d be willing to work with you a little bit on repairs that shouldn’t occur within two months, 2700 miles of purchasing the vehicle. I’m frustrated and would never purchase or recommend this dealer!!
When i ordered my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek in February, i purchased a strut tower brace at the same time. About two weeks later, my new car was ready to pick up. They told me that all the accessories i ordered were installed. After i drove the car home (2 hours away) I lifted the hood and saw no strut tower brace.I called the dealership and they said they would keep the part until i could get back down there to have the part installed.It was August before the car needed a service. I made an appointment for a service and so they could install the part.At the end of the service appointment, the parts department told me that they had returned the part to Subaru.So, now i have to wait for the part to come in and make another appointment just for the installation of the strut tower brace.Also, the service manager basically scolded me three times for bringing the car in too soon for a service.I thought that the customer should always come first.
Flower Subaru went above and beyond for me! Far from home, I had an incident where my tire jack slipped, burying the brake rotor into the ground. Although I was lucky enough to get the tire back on, I desperately needed peace of mind that my Crosstrek was safe to drive - Flower Subaru was the nearest Subaru dealer.I showed up first thing in the morning and after explaining the situation, they fit me into their busy schedule. Great customer service experience. Sale was flawless and quick. I would highly recommend this dealership for any of your Subaru needs. If they don’t have it they will find it. If they find it the will give you a better deal then any other dealership. Genuine people with positive attitudes and the best part is the works as a team. Everyone is willing to help you out on your new vehicle not on the salesperson. Leland was the name of the salesman who processed my over the phone purchase. The day of pickup he even paid for our lunch. It was just a great experience!!
I posted a month ago, and would like to add that the service department persevered until they found and fixed the problem. It took a few visits which was frustrating for all because it turns out there was a chip going bad which only acted up intermittently. It has continued to run well since the problem was found and addressed, and I appreciate the follow through they showed.
This dealership made buying our vehicle quick and painless even with COVID restrictions. They had everything ready to go before we made the 2 hour trip up. Tiffany was an amazing finance manager and was able to get us a great interest rate as well as giving us tips on how to use the car to build our credit scores substantially. I definitely recommend this dealership and will go to them for any vehicle needs I may have in the future.
Service Department has been (so far unsuccessfully) trying to be helpful with a mystery problem in our Subaru, but the sales department has been a flat-out bad experience.Expect contempt and manipulation from Roberto Contrer if you dont do exactly what he wants you to do.Over the last couple days weve been attempting to buy a vehicle from sales rep Roberto Contrer. Though initially friendly, his communications became rude and condescending. Wed already called our bank about a loan, but after the contemptuous treatment from Robert, we took a night to sleep on the deal. Coming back for further discussion the next day, we were met again with nothing more than a rude and dismissive text.
Bought a pre-owned car online/sight-unseen from this dealer. Marvin (as well as the other staff I interacted with) was friendly, honest, and very accommodating, and the car is fantastic. Marvin and the crew at Flower took care of me and made sure that I got a great deal.

BEWARE! The shop may have endangered my life!My husband and I brought my Impreza in for a new clutch and decided to get a few minor issues fixed too. It seems the service department fixed all that, but its hard to know for sure given they claimed the front left wheel bearing is now completely and mysteriously worn out. We had a long drive over mountain passes to get to the shop with no noise, no wobbling, and no other signs of significant wear. A week and a half and 10 miles later (according to our receipt), the wheel bearing not only needed to be replaced soon, but was completely shot.Given some of our minor service items *might* have required the mechanics to mess with the wheel (like draining the break lines), perhaps they accidentally messed something up, in which case it would have been awesome for the shop to own up to the mistake and comp us the repair. Instead, the day we were supposed to pick the car up, they called and said that the wheel bearing was first starting to wear out, and a couple hours later, pretty bad without giving any reasoning. Saying it wasnt bad before the service elicited only a shrug. We didnt push it, and decided, after a very stressful, possibly dangerous, drive home to address the NEW ISSUE at another shop.Im not happy to spend over $2000 at a shop and get my car back in WORSE shape than it was when I dropped it off. I dont think well be back.Edit: 8/7/20I brought the car to a local shop. There was nothing wrong with the wheel bearing. It turns out that the Flower Subaru shop failed to securely fasten the lug nuts back on, and even left one off. They actually brought us into the shop the day we picked it up to show us how wiggly the wheel was... It turns out they were just trying to scam us into buying a wheel bearing from them, and in the mean time, they apparently felt it was appropriate to endanger my life by not tightening the lug nuts. My local mechanic said the wheel was just about to come off. LESSON LEARNED: Always check the minor things before driving a car home from the Subaru shop!And we still wont be back: A good mechanic should have put the wheels on securely after draining the break lines. This was definitely intentional. Im no lawyer, but this seems like its illegal given the danger of driving the thing home, especially since they knew I had a steep, windy pass to drive over!

These guys were awesome! Gordon said I wasnt leaving unless it was in a new car and he was right! Everyone here was super friendly! They worked with me to get the payments where I needed them .My hubby told Gordon that I needed space in order to decide what I wanted and Gordon was really respectful about that he stayed far enough away where I could hop around and in and out of the cars but was always in eye sight or ear shot with any of my questions. The manager Jaz really worked with us he was also really friendly. Tiffany did great at finding me the best rate for my loan. All of them were nice and friendly to my son who was also with us. In fact Gordon and my son had a good conversation in the backseat as we test drove our car.They all really seemed to understand what my budget was and didnt try to push me to do something that I wasnt comfortable with.Great experience, honestly the best one I have ever had at a car dealership! They even stayed open late so that way we could finish everything on a Saturday night! I will definitely be going back to them when it comes time for the next vehicle!

Had an overall great experience! Although, the car that we purchased advertised the 6 month or 6,000 mile warranty, the car was 1,000 miles over the mark and would not honor their advertising. So there for I give 4 stars :/
They work with so many lenders that if you apply for a loan with them, they’ll literally put 25 hard inquiries on your credit report without telling you that will happen. Beware.

A bit pricy on the labor rate, however they do warranty their parts and labor for a year unlimited miles. They got me back up and going in just a few days with a recall replacement on top of my requested service and even worked with me on my needs to maintain customer satisfaction.
I worked with Maggie Kogler, and she was absolutely wonderful. I was feeling at a loss after my car was totaled and Maggie was so helpful, warm, professional, and attentive to my needs. She kept saying, Dont worry, well take care of you, and she really did. The second something came in that was close to what I was looking for Maggie called me to let me know and when I showed up it was a perfect match. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased my Forester here and love it. After getting home I had a misunderstanding with the vehicle purchase and the cost agreement, and even after the fact when Flower already received my business they worked with me very hard to make sure I feel comfortable and happy in my vehicle. Fantastic customer service! Brought my subaru in for a recalled airbag and the entire process was quick and easy. Jessica was very efficient and helpful. They even had a shuttle available so I could go into town for breakfast while my car was being worked on. Couldnt recommend their service more.

I am very pleased in my experience with Flower Subaru! I was fortunate to have had Joe as our salesman, I instantly felt heard and respected, and recognized his authenticity. I went into the whole car buying game expecting it to be a bit stressful and challenging, but Joe and the Flower team made the process super smooth, fun and way easier than I thought it would be! They set me up with a good financing situation (even though I dont have much for credit) roadside assistance for 5 years, and a great offer for my trade-in. Joe even drove my new car right to my front door, an hours drive, and drove my trade-in back for me. These are definitely good people who care about customer satisfaction, and I highly recommend working with them!
The epitome of customer service! Having worked in a dealership and managed various types of service departments, the team at Flower Subaru sets a new standard. I have a 2016 forester XT that wont turn-over at temps below 0. The fact that I live in Gunnison, where winter temps can get as low as -27, it makes it very hard for this dealership to re-create my cold start issue. It now being the tail-end of the winter season, Gunnison temps arent low enough to cause this problem anymore, which means I will have to re-visit this issue next winter.They were generous enough to give me a loaner vehicle for multiple weeks and they never gave up on me. Its a problem that has had even the specialists stumped. A big shout out to Jessica, Chris, Hub, and Bryce.

First I would like to start by saying, I had a pleasant experience with my salesman, he was great. he helped me pick out a vehicle I wasnt sure about, and it was perfect.The salesman showed me the paper with all the number broken down, I added them all up everything was great.it wasnt until I went in and met the manager who introduced himself as Jazz Janda, he told me he was going to go over my paperwork with me, which he truly didnt do, all he showed me was the bottom line number on which I agreed to with the salesman.after returning home I looked my paperwork over and it blew me away to see a charge for a warranty that I did not purchase knowingly.I compared the paper the salesman gave me and what this so called manager gave me, the taxes were higher on the original paper than the final documents, i am assuming this is how he was able to sneak the warranty in without me knowing. after I realized this issue I called my salesman who was very apologetic, he got me my refund very quickly. I also spoke with the manager who blamed the computer for this mistake but I do not buy that lie, he thinks I am stupid, I have bought many cars in my time and have NEVER had this issue.I can not believe this dealership employees such a thief, I will never do business here again as long as this guy remains, I have talked to a few other people I know that have had similar issues with this guy, Do not contact me, do not try and smooth this over with me, I will be in touch with my lawyer, from my understanding by talking to another dealership is this is very illegal, so congratulations on not only losing a customer and potential customers that I know, but now you have lost your credibility. If this manager would have been honest he wouldnt have rushed me through the paperwork and gone over everything like past dealerships have for me. he is sneaky and no good.
