Driving down Atlanta Highway today when my tire blew. Ended up having to call Eagle Towing, because of the lock nut on my tire making it impossible for me to change my tire on the side of the road. Mike answered, knew exactly where I was and where I needed to go. Told me it would be about a 30-45 minute ETA. Mike pulls up 20 minutes later and has my car on the back of his truck within 5 minutes. Were at the mechanics shop within another 5. Boom. Done before he even said hed originally be there and very pleased about it.Its also worth noting that I had been out there on the side of the road for about an hour and a half before realizing that I had to call the tow service. My car has been having a separate issue with the battery terminal connection not properly connecting. All that to say that my battery was DOA upon getting to the mechanic. Not only did Mike take the time to help me push my car into a spot, something he could have easily left to me and the friend who had come to pick me up, but as he was leaving he noticed that my window was still down, which I had missed, and when I couldnt roll it up because of the dead battery he hooked his own battery charger up to my battery so that I could roll my window back up.He also took the time to ask me about the trouble I was having with my battery and when I explained that I hadnt gotten it fixed yet because I was having a hard time finding the part to do so, he gave me some very good advice about how I could find the part. All of this done before the 45 minute long end of the estimation he gave me for when he would even show up to begin with.I cannot overstate how positive my experience was with Eagle Towing. Its my sincerest hope that I never have to call Mike or Eagle Towing again(since that would mean car trouble haha) but if I do I will do it without hesitation. I can honestly say that this one experience has made me a customer for life and if I ever need towing services again it will be Mike and Eagle Towing that I call. Professional, courteous, punctual and more. I cannot recommend them more. Absolutely stellar. 5 out of 5. Thank you again, Mike.

Very dependable call when there were on the way to pick up your car thank you for professional work

This is the worst towing service ever . You could call them multiple times to remind them to pick up your vehicle. They don’t come on time . This is their second time picking up my vehicle. I gotten a car from Daniel motors and they give Daniel motors a discount for referring them to pick up their cars . I called them around 8am today and I reminded them around 12 they reach out to me around 1 pm. It’s now 5pm . My car have to be at my dealership before 5:30 . I don’t have no transportation to work and I was depending on them to bring my car to my dealership. They are the worst tow truck company ever . I wouldn’t recommend them or count on them anymore .

So, I dont do that many reviews, but this one is long overdue. Mike, I believe, was the best guy. Let me explain.I broke down on 65 South during the morning rush, coming from ATL to Pensacola. I read some reviews and decided to call Eagle Towing. Mind you, it was still pretty early in the morning when he answered, but he said he would be on the way and to sit tight.So Mike arrives and immediately gets to work loading my pickup on the rollback. I had previously told him I wanted to go to a parts store, but changed my mind and asked to go to a Ram dealer. He told me.I should call and check availability beforehand. Im glad I did, because they were three days out on repairs.Mike made some calls, although he didnt have to, and found Tonys Automotive to be available. Now, some drivers could have taken a person to various places, dropped them off, given them the run-a-round, but he didnt. He took it upon himself, to help another human being out who was in a jam, and I cant thank him enough for his kindness.Mike is a solidly built, hard working intelligent individual, who went out on a limb for me. He didnt have to converse with me on the truck ride over to the shop, but he did. He didnt have to make phone calls, but he did. Point being, he went above and beyond. If I am ever in a pinch in Montgomery again, I know who Im calling.
