They advertise 10 minutes or less. I was there for at least 40. Now I understand that they can’t control how many vehicles are there at once but once I got in the bay I sat stagnant for at least 10 minutes before they even started on my vehicle. Secondly I feel like the price I was charged is a little much. $87 for five quarts of oil. I even brought my own oil filter because I was not sure they would have one on hand for my make and model. They only discounted the price $3 which is ridiculous. The only reason I chose this location was that it was the only one that had the European oil my VW needed but after the wait time and the high price I will not probably use them again or recommend anyone to use them.

The wait was long with only one car ahead of me no line of cars, but the service was good. The 3 men couldve had better use of their time. They need to move conveniently to assist each customer.

Tech. Was very knowledgeable, team was quick cleaned up all finger prints and any oil drips. They checked and topped off all fluids. Team was very friendly to wife and I. Great place. Going back with my other vehicle.

They said they were done and were directing me out...I rolled my window down and asked if they checked the air in my tires...he said no and had me back up. They filled my tires to 40 psi...my tires are only 33 psi. They just didnt seem to know what they were doing. It makes me wonder if the put the correct oil I my car.

This place is usually quick and fast. Visiited and waited in line for over an hr. It was not busy either.. Staff was friendly however.

They didn’t exactly do the oil change BUT they checked it and immediately let us know that our oil was fairly perfect! It had been miles on top of miles since we had last gotten one and instead of them changing it anyway they were honest and told us the oil was super clean. They said it looked like we had just gotten one days ago! I wish I knew the names of the two guys but we really thank and appreciate them! We will definitely be back!

Very unprofessional my engine was a quart low and they refused to change my oil! Saying I may have damaged my engine! That is the reason we come to get our oil changed! A quart low is very reasonable the truck is 14 years old! Any reason not to do work! The turn over rate is very high as I can tell from the previous visits new staff every time!

I waited in line so that I can speak with someone, only to find out that the price advertised online wasnt the price when I got to the place. I hated that prices arent posted where cars can visually see what the charge will be while they wait in line. The car mechanic I spoke with was nice and offered me water. That was beyond what I expected. Such a kind gesture!!

I showed up at this location at 4:20 and there were cones up but was no sign saying that they closed at 5:00 on their website it showed that they closed at 7:00. They waited until they got done changing oil on two other cars before someone walked out and let me know that they were closed. I wasted 40 minutes of my day. someone should have had the decent courtesy to let me know when they pull the other card in Bay that they were done for the day.

They were very professional and service was very quick and they checked air filters and engine fluids and windshield wipers and gave me my mileage for next oil change but about 2 weeks before I took my other car and they didnt give me a mileage reminder on when to get my oil changed but other than that no complaints.

I was not serviced because they said they were about close. Look online at the hours of operation they don’t close til 3 I arrived 25 minutes before closing. That was more then enough time to give an oil change. I see if I came 10 minutes before closing. Smh

Excellent service. The technicians were very professional. They had a specific routine and work succinctly in their operation. Followed all COVID-19 protocols. They even sanitized their hands before entering the vehicle to reset the oil light. They also sanitized the debit card before they returned it. I highly recommend this group. How many times have you pulled up for an oil change and they tried to talk you out of it because your oil didn’t “need” to be changed? It looked fine and you could go longer until your next service! It was a first for me. (I proceeded with the change anyway because I was already there, but I appreciate the gesture!) This location consistently provides professional, honest, budget friendly service. And they offer a significant military discount! I will always get my oil change here as long as we live in Montgomery.

Employees were friendly, seemed knowledgeable, but when I got the receipt it said they had cleaned my windows (they didnt), checked my tires (umm...no), filled my washer fluid (not sure, didnt look for myself), but they did change my oil, and gave a 25% discount for my being a veteran. Overall I would recommend their service.

Went in for an oil change. My truck holds 13 quarts. After I left I checked my oil and it wasn’t even touching the dipstick. I had no idea if I had 1 quart or 12. They only put about 12 quarts in it. I did go back and they finished filling my oil. Could have been a disaster.

They were quick eventhough they had 6 people before me. They were nice but the receipt states they checked different things, and all of them were not checked. States tires and no one even looked or touched a tire. Overall it was fine. Thankful for the 25% off coupon.

Quick and efficient

Ive had good experiences getting my oil changed here. The problem is Google showing they open at 8:00am on Saturdays, and they had a neon sign in the window saying open as well. I was told they dont open till 9 still by a guy that came out licking his fingers and chewing on food. If I was turned away just because they didnt wanna deal with a customer 15 minutes after 8:00am to finish up breakfast on the clock, Im not coming back. It wouldnt be that big of a deal if I didnt have a really tight schedule.

They told me I could wait because my oil was still clean, even though the other oil changing company said it was time. These guys are honest and very polite!

Im here for almost every oil change. Service is always fast and thorough. Every question I ask is answered without hesitation. TODAY one of the mechanics noticed my fan belt was damaged. They didnt have to say anything! I went to the a shop immediately and got it fixed. Lucky I did the moment the new mechanic touched it, it fell a part!!

Excellent experience! It couldnt get any better. This is actually the fastest oil change I ever had. Everywhere else, you have to wait because cars are in front of you. Here, I had to wait behind someone before getting in but when I got in to get my oil change, it was very quick. Waiting 10 minutes or less to be next up is better than waiting an hour or two. This place is very convenient. Ill be returning for sure!

My absolute favorite oil change place. Theyre fast, theyre friendly, and they even top you off on oil for free anytime if youre running low in between changes. Highly recommend!

I used take 5 about a month or two ago. I had my oil changed and everything seemed fine. Today my Check engine light came on. The code was P06dd. After a little research I found that it might be a bad oil filter. I took my truck which wasnt due for an oil change to a local business and had them change the oil and filter. When the tech showed me the oil it looked as thin as water, He informed me that they use thier own brand and its bad for engines. The service was not bad they were extremely friendly but in the end It could have cost me a new engine. (I would be cautious of this brand.)

I loved the service! I got my oil changed here on Friday and my air filter replaced. You can tell the guys are extremely knowledgeable. Some people complain about pricing, however id rather pay more for something that my car actually needs than be cheap and have my car messed up. They were also timely compared to services Ive had at Walmart with my previous vehicle they had me waiting 3 hours with my previous car and I was the first one there, for the same service! If you want people who are curtious and actually work come here where your money is well spent 😀 This is the only place in coming from now on see you guys in January for the next one! Very Very Happy customer here!

I have visited this location two times for a standard oil change on my 2019 Jeep with both times resulting in oil leaking out. The first time had to be corrected by the dealership and the second, after being stranded in a different city after all the oil leaked out, was corrected by the manger who drove to fix it.

Went to take 5 on atlanta hwy Montgomery, al the customer service was not friendly and its only been 4 weeks my oil light pops on take it to super lube to check the issue to make sure i didnt have a leak and my oil was very low and it shouldnt be... Never using them again could have cost me a motor

Price was good. Got an oil change. Car started leaking oil. Never did that before. Heard manager say I know he had a leak when he came in. Then began to berate me for going to fast in the bay. After checkup found no leaks. If manager acts that way, what about rest of crew? Hope it was just a bad day for him

I have been here a few times the only thing I can say good about this place is the price, other than that do not go here it’s just another paycheck to the workers they never told me I had an oil leak. I only found out I had an leak because I went some where else, take 5 never checks the tire pressure like there supposed to, never checked the windshield wiper fluid and so forth. Don’t waste your money at all go to Walmart or somewhere other than here.

Fast and excellent oil change service. Im glad they were open today (Sunday). They did an air filter check and showed me that it needs to be replaced instead of just telling me. I definitely would recommend it. Also, theres an oil change coupon on their website.

The staff is fairly friendly each time Ive gone (which is 3, so far). They get the job done quickly. Ive noticed the last two times, however, that theyve marked yes on the checklist when they really didnt perform those duties. Those duties are complimentary/free, so it isnt the biggest deal to me. Annoying, sure. But since it may be a big deal to others, I figured Id mention it.

Did not disclose full price before performing services. The sign said $76.93 in big print. My $76.93 oil change total with tax was $104.70! They NEVER told me the extra quart, disposal charge, and the oil filter would be extra. I’d be ok if they’d told me up front but the didn’t.

When I pulled into the location each and every employee was sitting down, one so far as to be reading a book, and mind you this is 9am. I am rudely greeted to the point of asking if I had interrupted their meeting. I then inquired about a special they are advertising, to be told they are out of that oil, and I would have to pay double the price for my oil change. I asked if there was any discount available, to which she responded if I wanted to go online and print them out, and bring them back. I think Ill pass on their services from here on.

Its a ripoff, they bring you in with a special 24.95 and then they tell you you you have a extra charge for a filter, that I require a half qt more that I usually get. Keep in mind theyve already drained the oil so I had to pay for it an additional 15 dollars never again didnt even get my discount for military. Id like to give it no star but the people were pleasant as they ripped you off.

The best customer service in town. And to wait in you car is so relaxing vs the added time/hassle of parking/waiting etc. EFFICIENCY!!!!
