A humble, but decent & busy place in a nice location. It has a lot of non-functional machines (maybe 25%), but theyre well marked and away from the ones that do work. The washing machine I used worked well. One of my dryers did an ok job and the other did a good job. Tolerable/decent bathroom. Nice folks some with children were there. Apparently there is an attendant on duty whenever theyre open. This place will be worthy of five stars when all the dryers actually get hot, and the broken ones are replaced.

Good dryers there but as for the washers. The more expensive washers are always half washing cloths and the staff on duty dont do nothing but make up excuses so they cant re-wash or refund your money, management needs to get that in order before they lose customers

Clean, budget friendly and very spacious. Enough machines for all your laundry needs.

Not enough washers and dryers.

This laundry spot is really good. I took my white fluffy rug here to be cleaned. They have lots of washers and dryers available and it wasn’t crowded. They offer free WiFi while you wait and have a tv. I like the variety in the sizes of washers and dryers available. This is definitely my favorite laundromat.

The Service here is always great with Very caring customer Service from its employees. Especially the younger blonde, because she will always go above & beyond to make the customer experience a happy one, even around bad customers. Ive only given 4☆s, because I wish that all of the broken machines could be fixed. Sunday nights are the busiest of all.

I thoroughly enjoy Family Laundry. It is conveniently located near my home and it is clean and well maintained and managed. I normally use the large front loading machines.

Id give this place a zero all machines are broken your not able to wash and dry. All customers have to wait for the working machines to be available and the attendant at the place waits for the big machines to be done and rushes to use them before your able to put your next load in. Why is this place still open. I was only able to wash one load and couldnt dry anything. No dryers available. Dont know why it has a 4 star rating. Very disappointed customer.

I love this place. Me being a college student, professional dancer and working multiple jobs I had no time to sit and do laundry! Her prices are amazing for washing clothes. Will continue to come here

I like this one a lot. GREAT customer service!!! I spend between $10-$15 to wash and dry 4 large loads. It gets busy around 8-8:30 though so I’m usually outta there by 8:30 😊 Its a small place but I’m in and out real quick with no problems . Great location too

I began going here 4 years ago when I moved to the neighborhood. I moved away, and now go past many to patronize Family Laundry! Really the best I’ve found. Clean, Christian environment, me and LoLa look forward to laundry day. Holly is the epitome of flawlessness! Nice, homey, quite place. No riffraff with the cursing and loud noise that is endemic of today’s culture. A truly wonderful experience. EVERY.SINGLE.VISIT.

Needed a King size comforter washed / dried & due to size unable to do at home. Called & spoke to attendant Holly . Holly explained that I could come & do it myself or pay $20 & they would do it and pick up next day. This was s Sunday afternoon/evening & I really wanted it same day... but due to leg injury felt Id have to leave it. Holly was extremely helpful, even from the first step... crutches but from the time she opened the door to time she opened it again to help me load back up my clean comforter. Shes been working her for several years & shes remarkable when it comes toCustomer Service that hardly exist anymore. Showed me how to work machine(s) while helping others & doing drop off laundry... ALL with a smile, friendly voice & lots of patience. The place is pretty big with lots of machined of different sizes, laundry buggies & several large tables for folding. Change machine, a TV, Coke/snack machine, chairs, table & magazines & Pac Man game & FREE Wi-Fi.I dont use laundry mats but this is a great one to use. Safe area too

This is on unprofessional an dirty place I went in wash my clothes at 7:30 so while putting clothes into dryer a rude a** women comes in an state we got to go she closing up washer mind u customers are in here trying to finish drying Dey close I will never go here again management need to look into this is not how u treat ur customers

I walked in and immediately walked out after looking at the washers. The majority are rusted and look almost as old as me. They may be ok but who would want to take a chance.
