Clean and reasonable prices

I went to The Quick Spin in Montgomery (36116) recently to wash and dry. The woman who works there was rude from the time I got there until I left. Every time I asked her a question she gave a condescending answer. She is dark skin and about 5’7 height and is between 50-60 years old. I feel violated and I will NEVER come here again because of this woman’s terrible non customer service.

As far as local laundromat go, this is the cleanest. My house is being remodeled and laundry room is being moved. I looked around Montgomery and the prices are the same. I wish they had wash and fold service.

The place is ok but the lady in there is RUDE and VERY UNFRIENDLY!! If the customer service was good I would have given them atleast 4 stars!!! She needs to be removed from the facility!!

Quick washes from a various sized machines. Plenty of dryers. Always staffed so no trouble getting quarters. Clean, plenty of parking. Perfect for this traveller.

Rated 2 only because customer service isnt the best. I came in for the first time in over a month and the lady asked me Didnt you just come in here? I stated that I didnt. Then she asked if I rode a white jeep. I said no. Then she asked what color car I drive. I told her. Seemed as if she didnt really want to provide coins for me because she thought I looked like someone who had just come in. I even brung my clothes in first this time remembering that my first time coming, they asked me to bring my clothes in first. She also shortened me a quarter but I didnt bring it up because she probably wouldnt have even believed me. And it was only a quarter. I just dont want to be interrogated just to wash clothes. Ill find another one since there are plenty laundry mats around the area. Edited review:Shes so aggravating right now 🙄🙄.

New to Montgomery area and googled Laundry Mat. When we arrived we were refused entry due to my service dog. Manager and ustomer grabbed door screaming no dogs after calling police manager decided to change her tune. It’s customer service ever
