The service at this store is great. There were a few people ahead of me in line, and I watched Ray Robinson interact with them. He obviously loves his work and is exceptionally good at it. He was very friendly with everyone---something that is so often lacking today. He is quite knowledgeable and quickly solved a variety of problems for different people with ease. I did not have to wait long despite the fact they they were busy. Ray is a trained technician and had to run to his car to get the proper instrument to fix my problem which he happily did. If you have a problem with a Verizon product, I highly recommend Victra and, especially, Ray Robinson. I will definitely go back there if I have any further problems.

The tech/customer service clerk Ray was excellent today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain what I was receiving and how to use my device. He is great a multi-tasking. I recommend anyone seeking a phone to stop by and see him at the store because you won’t regret the experience.

Ray Robinson at the Atlanta highway store was amazing he has helped me twice hes been patient I I have chemo brain and he is put up with my craziness and I saw him help other people and he just juggled everybody and was super nice he I really like him and I and I wanted to get a case here but I dont think I can but Ive been a long time customer and he is a plus and you need to give him a bonus or a raise Ramona lavoie

Went in to have a simple task of buying and having a screen protector put on my phone. Greg was so nice about it! Happy to help even though it didn’t involve selling a phone. Really helpful and very nice!!

This is not Verizon. They work with Verizon. So the fees they charge you for a new phone are not the Verizon fees. So you are paying double fees. My bill was $75 higher than they quoted. I told them I didn’t want a case of it wasn’t free. He said it was included. Nope that was $50 on the receipt. Scandalous.

Check your family multi device coverage Verizon and Asurion have developed a way to only cover 3 devices no matter how many it says is covered. Only 3 slits for life.

My experience with Verizons automated system was less than comfortable. Two days of calls to customer service to TALK to a HUMAN, which when I did get a human they worked hard to help. But going to the store where Ray and his coworker were very knowledgeable and very helpful with my situation, was the best move. They fixed the problem with a smile hidden by a mask. Clean and sanitized store, distanced seating. Great job guys.

No stars. The person working didnt seem to want to gut off his phone to help. And when I asked if they had a certain accessories for my phone he didnt even look at it and said no we dont care anything for that phone. And Im frustrated not just bc of his actions but bc this phone just came out last year!I had to give 1 star to post this but it really didnt deserve one!

Most employees are fantastic in helping with phone problems. Last trip employee would not help with Facebook setting problems. Told me they could not do that only Verizon problems. In the past they would correct any problems for you! Just one unhappy experience! Overall they are a 10 all the time. Just one bad experience in many years.

My last visit was terrible--William was the only sales person in the store. It was frustrating because he was working in between customers, causing interrupted service attention. Also, BEWARE of buying the Pixel 3 device, because it has a defective microphone problem--no wonder a $400.00 deduction in cost!!!
