Called and asked for a sim card. They were already crazy by telling me it was $22 over the phone. I hung up and called corporate and they said $10 or free by mail. I decided to go into the store I called anyway since I wanted the sim card today. Once I arrived in person it was $35 at this location. Yeahhhhh I will never step foot in the direction of this store again. I work for an AR ATT and our sims are only $5 and often times get waived due to situation, which the rep did not ask. Just awful! 0 star if I could.
Chase was my person at the Verizon store. I entered the store after 2 weeks of hell online with Verizon. I’m 75. Chase was patient and kind. A real trooper. You should be glad you have him. I wrote to CEO complaining and then I met chase. I sat in the store watching him interact with customers. He is the best.Barbara Evans

I have major issues with new phone: Cannot find the manual to download; continue to get disconnected from Tech Coach; cannot move contact as shortcut to homepage; e-mail does not appear as an app. I dont use g-mail but once in a while. I cannot access my voicemails. Im working at PC because I cant get these items to work.

I had a truly wonderful experience in this store today. I came in with my insurance replacement to get my information moved over. The rep I was with spent almost 2 hours making sure every single thing on my phone moved over. He did not once try and rush me out and seemed truly happy to help me. And true to word I got all my pictures and videos that I was afraid I was going to lose and I couldn’t be happier. Every rep in the store was happy and helpful and came over at least once to check on things and see if they could help with what was going on. I have never had such an easy or wonderful time in a Verizon store as I did on this visit. I would recommended going to this store over any others in the area. Came into this store to switch phone plans with my wife. We met Blake and he was incredibly patient with us as we figured out exactly what we wanted.And now after 2 months I texted Blake with a question about my new phone and he called me at 11PM and worked through it with me for an hour! I could not be more satisfied with Verizon. If the higher prices I am paying are coming with this kind of customer service, it is well worth it. Keep up the great work Blake! Very disappointed with this store and a certain associate.. I already had been on and off the phone with customer service, and them verifying everything for me. Already checked and let me know the phone I was adding to our plan, was going to be eligible, I just needed to swing by a Verizon store and pickup a FREE sim card. I called this location, going over everything, and they verified the Sim card was free. When arriving after work, they then told me I would have to pay $20, but then wanted to tell me the phone wasnt eligible... Told me I had to buy a new phone .Told him just let me buy the Sim card (after telling him I was going to call corporate), he then handed it to me saying good luck. He was rude to begin with, but I dealt with it .Needless to say, the phone he told me was locked is now activated with Verizon good try guy.. sometimes its better to be honest than try to get commission .

The best experience I have ever had at a retail store. Crawford went above and beyond for me...I needed a new phone, but was terrified of losing my text messages. Once he found out they were from my son I lost three years ago, he didn’t give up! He spent several hours trying to get my old phone backed up so everything would transfer...and they did! He helped this grieving Mom hold on a little bit longer. I will forever be grateful!

My father and I were delighted with Jessa’s advocacy for us when Autumn Jennings and her supervisor refused to re-instate my father’s phone after having lost it and found it again. We wished for the same reasonableness and compassion shown by Jessa at the corporate customer service level. Without her Verizon would have lost this account. Verizon Customer DISservice gave us several hours of by the book security stonewall which required two family members to call repeatedly and find no help or resolution. Agents and supervisors alike were hog-tied by security to the point of not being able to resolve the customer’s problem. As is common in our society the company is obviously much more concerned about their liability and bottom line than about serving the public. That is, except for Jenna and the reasonable customer service representative, Skylar, she finally got on the phone to resolve our issue. Let me assure you that Jenna and Skylar are doing way more for both the public and Verizon’s bottom line than any of the representatives and supervisors who were too afraid of regulation to do the customer any good.
I have been to the cellular sales here in Montgomery and in Prattville and I would never go to any other stores. They are the best visit after visit. If you don’t come to them you are doing it wrong.

I have been to the store with my partner on three different occasions and have been treated with patience and respect each time. Purchased a iPhone xr discussed with the guy the price was 150.00 more than the online price and more than any other Verizon store . He told me I was mistaken the price was the same . Guess what I called Verizon he lied to make a sale so a phone that would have cost 878.00 I paid 1001.00 . Trust me it’s not over play with my money . iPhone xr 128. Actually I wouldn’t feel this way if the guy hadn’t been so persistent that the price was the same no matter what outlet I took.

This location was close to where we ate when my phone said. Something.was corrupted. I learned more about my phone at this location than in the last 2 years. My husband and I have been wanting a tablet or pad for years but did not know about them. We left with a tablet, Adam Rollan was great as was the young lady. We feel these 2 need 10 stars.

They wanted $19 for a new sim card for my Verizon phone. SIM cards are free at the corporate store where I had just had a bad experience. I didnt pay for a sim card and probably will leave Verizon after 25 years of my being a loyal customer, due to the experiences of today.

So my go-to girl at the Eastern Blvd Verizon store is always amazingly cool when I come in with my weird phone issues, HOWEVER Ransomware is NOT cool, but now I know why it’s called “ransom” ware. Some terribly faked “FBI” site pops up on my phone and completely took over...could not see or answer incoming calls, texts, emails, nada....but I heard every single one ringing in my ear while I read over this unwarranted & ridiculous “warning” from these fraudulent Feds explaining they’d clandestinely searched my phone (illegal much?) and discovered porn, doesn’t bother me because I know that’s another fraudulent fact of fakery (these guys are total amateurs) but they did offer an olive branch of pathetic sorts. The email very seriously states I may resolve this matter and NOT become a criminal felon for porno or join a sex registry IF I make a payment of $500 in the next THREE DAYS and this PAYMENT MUST be made only by use of a PREPAID VANILLA VISA CARD.....riiiiiight, so if my dumbass falls for your super-dupe, there’s no way to dispute the charges or trace the money.....just don’t be a dummy and dole out any dough til you know fo’ sho’
