This place is a joke. There are many more professional temp. agencies in Montgomery, I suggest you go with one of them. The people that work in the office at walker or very rude and unprofessional. When I filled out all my paperwork and started looking for a job the lady asked me what I wanted for compensation, I said $13-14 a hr and she laughed at me and said not gonna happen. You can make that money no problem at Aerotek or any other temp agency. Workforce is a joke and are only concerned about what they make, not you. They want to get the most work out of you for the least compensation ...seriously, dont even apply here.

Anyone with a one star review did not have the proper skills for the job sought after. For me, it was seamless. Sent resume online. Got call for interview. Valencia placed me very quickly with a job perfect for me. Very happy with whole process. Whole staff is friendly and very helpful, even payroll. Definitely give them consideration!!! I have used them twice.

Walker is great.. Just give them a chance !!I never worked with an agency before but they went beyond my expectations..They even perked up my resume and when I went to the employer I was very impressed by what they sent over..All staff was awesome over the phone and helpful always..Thanks Madelyn Decker for all you do..!I’m very grateful of Walker staffing.

Workforce underpays. Does not tell you that you have to pay for your own drug screening and background check. If you take a temporary job they will notlook for you a full time job. They dont care about the people who needs jobs, they only care about the employer. When my job ended they lied and said I found another full time job. Go with Spherion Staffing.

This establishment deserves 0 stars from me. However, only 1 star is available. Although they help some people get jobs, the job culture [internally] is full of dishonesty. Visit another staffing company, such as Kelly Services.

Hmm not much to say because I never talked to anyone there but the front desk lady, wish I would of had an interview with an actual person 😞
