David with Welch’s Chem Dry came earlier today to deal with a room in our house. The room had been COVERED with pee from two very large dogs. We thought our new carpet was ruined! He came in and saved the day! (+ our floors) 🤣 It only took about an hour and it was very affordable. He was extremely polite and comfortable. He arrived on time and he explained everything. Best furniture cleaning Ive ever experienced! Polite, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. Our cat had urinated on our couch in multiple places. The room reeked! Welchs Chem-Dry came to our house, he explained what and how he intended to resolve our issue, and he did just that! Our sofa smells like new. What more could a person ask? REALLY? My rental house carpet had been pummelled for years and on the lake too mind you so you can understand how dirty and filthy the carpet was. It had not been cleaned in years and I already had quotes to replace the carpet thinking there is NO WAY the carpet could be saved. I told Mr. Welch that I knew it couldnt be saved but he insisted on giving it a shot. Well Christmas came way early because the carpet looks absolutely phenomenal.
