The Stanley Steemer team sent me a text to let me know they were en route to my home and also called to ensure I received the message. Both gentlemen were very professional and kind. They answered questions to ensure I was provided the right service for my home. I wanted to get my new couch cleaned and the technician took the initiative to read the tags under the cushions that recommended NOT using a steamer to clean it. I was very grateful for him reading that to maintain the integrity of my couch. He then agreed to change my plans and steam clean my hard wood floors and carpets in the spare bedrooms all within about an hour. The experience was amazing and I will definitely use them again and recommend them for your use.

I had 2 couches cleaned that I bought online. The people I bought from had cats. I have no animals. Yet there’s still an animal smell and hair still on the couch. I wasn’t expecting pristine brand new couches. But I swear all they did was wet the upholstery and leave. A complete waste of $200. I’d find another company if I were you.

Two friendly young men. Provided estimate up front. They cleaned and deodorized our 3 area carpets and were gone within an hour! It was a little expensive, considering the room specials offered for floor carpets but they did give us a military discount. All in all it was a job well done! Thank you Stanley Steemer :O)

I am rating the business so low, because my husband is a disabled military veteran. I called and asked if we can receive the discount since I was working and forgot to mention when I scheduled the appointment. Plus, we were charged $195 foiniter liknot use them again. 20 minutes of work. We will definitely will not use them again.

I had this company come into a home that I hadnt even signed the papers on yet to clean the carpets. Noone had been in the home after stanley steamer. The day we signed I had an individual come in to clean and sterilize. She vaccumed and what she pulled out was disgusting! I wish I could post pictures to show everyone. Definitely would not recommend!! It was just a waste of money!

I was disappointed this time based on my experience with them in 2017. This was the same company out of Montgomery, AL. They did not put the protectors under light furniture, failed to provide any verbal instructions or footies to use. Thrse are things they did in 2017.Carpet was left overly wet in some places. It took about 15 minutes as opposed to before which took approx. 45 minutes. That is probably why carpet was overly wet this time. As far as the odor removal, it may be that the carpet is older that it did not work; however, previously we had the same dog odor in 2017 in which it did work. If there was any doubt the odor would remain, all they had to do was say, this may not work.In the futureI will use another company for any other cleaning needed. Also, I would not recommend to a friend.

I actually just got them down, I’m actually not satisfied, if anything it amplified the spell of pee and it smells really bad I’m very upset because my closet smells and it didn’t smell like that before

Called them to have my husbands seats and floors done in his vehicle, and while everything was still wet, it overall looked good... When everything was dried, that was a different story. Some places they didnt even touch, and other places were still bar. We went to Dollar General, and paid $5 bucks for turtle wax carpet cleaner, and man oh man it works magic!!! Never again will I waste money on Stanley steamer. (ALSO, they left the few personal items of my husbands on the ground outside scattered everywhere.... Getting all his personal papers SOAKED.)

Not impressed they did a half job for $89. Did even lift all of the furniture. I wish I was here when they did it. They wouldn’t have gotten paid until it was all complete. Never again. They also did not put the plastic blocks under my wood tables. That’s because they didn’t clean under there. I called but he said they could come back within 10 days to fix it. I want it fixed right now. I’ll buy my own steam machine!
