The Serv Pro crew did an excellent job. They were professional and very courteous. Arrived on time and cleaned up when they finished. The entire experience was very good. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Let me start by saying that this is the first time IN MY LIFE that I’ve written a bad review about a business, so the fact I feel strongly enough about this matter to do so should say enough in and of itself. Based off my family’s (ongoing) experience to-date with Servpro of Montgomery, I cannot and would not recommend this business to anyone. Mr./Mrs. Brooks, I kindly ask that you or someone in charge reach out to me in a timely manner. As a courtesy and to give you a chance to address the issue, I will refrain from posting detailed information of surrounding incidents and the lack of professionalism and timeliness your company has exhibited thus far. If I do not hear from anyone in a timely manner I will have to share my story in order to help future people hopefully never have to deal with the same issue(s).

The entire staff was helpful. There wasn’t a doubt that I wouldn’t be taken care of. They were swift, efficient and thorough during this time.

The Servpro representatives worked tirelessly to locate all the water damage and begin the drying out process. They were professional and friendly, always answering my questions explaining each step as they were worked. I highly recommend them!

I’m at a loss for words as I write this review, but am hopeful that what happened to our family doesnt happen to someone else.My grandmother had a horrible fall that was devastating to her life. My Dad trying to do everything he could in that moment to comfort family took a beautiful handmade silk pastel Turkish area rug to have cleaned.With loss of family in that moment you dont think clearly especially when its unexpected. The rug was dropped off; there was no proof of receipt provided at the time.The rug is no where to be found and because there was no receipt provided no proof we were told nothing can be done.Being the price of the rug and sentimental value alone we hired an attorney to contact the store owner, and unfortunately were told there was no proof.I hope nobody else ever has to have the same experience. Please be sure if dropping off a high ticket item regardless of the emotional state you may be in to get an exchange of a paper trail, the employee’s name, and would even add to take pictures. Beyond disappointed in how the owners have handeled this situation with no effort at all to make any attempt for a resolution.

After several months the work is still not completed, and they’ve stopped returning calls to me and my insurance company. The remediation group did their job and was a pleasure to work with, the problem started when they transitioned my case over to the reconstruction group. They were rude, unprofessional and lack the most basic customer service skills. We contacted ServePro because we were under the impression that they would take care of us from start to finish, now I’m stuck trying to find someone to complete the work and return my residence to pre-flood condition. Don’t waste your time, save yourself a great deal of aggravation and just call someone else.

Do you own an older home? You might want to remove the built up dust in your heating/cooling ductwork.ServPro is an expert cleaning service and the cost of duct cleaning is very reasonable.The technicians, Lamont and Shine showed up promptly at 9AM as scheduled and completed the cleaning in about 4 hours.Now, the dust on the grilles is gone and air quality has improved. We are very pleased with this firm.Their technicians are thorough and professional.

We recently had a pipe had burst in our home, first time dealing with a situation like this. Servpro answered every question we had over the phone and sent in a crew the next day. I was set up with Daniel Gonzalez and his crew, what a joy it was to have them at the house. Daniel was extremly professional and held alot of knowledge on the process and did everything he could to keep us informed. Jenny Grant did an outstanding job with her prescriptive process for eliminating a smoke smell in the house I am selling. Most businesses focus on their bottom line; however, she focused on service and doing whats best for the customer. There is no wonder she is a sales leader. Several days after the house was empty, we stopped to see the progress...nothing. For two weeks, we checked everyday, no workmen. We were assured we would be back in by Christmas. We went through three Project Managers, andthree different set of drywall and painters. The first painting crew stood on my washer and dryer to paint theceiling in the laundry leaving dents and scratches. We had stored the liquor from our bar in tubs in the garage,as Servpro would not remove alcohol from the home. Apparently the painters had found it and consumed a great dealbefore they were removed from the job by Darin Ingle. They also got paint all over our floors so Servpro broughtin commercial scrubbers which removed the finish on all of our floors.To shorten this story, I will cut to the return home. We finally returned to our home in early March with work stillgoing on, Painting and damaged floors. The first night home the water under the sink of my brand new cabinetsflooded the kitchen. They had to send in dryers and a plumber who said it was not hooked up correctly andreworked all of the kitchen dishwasher and sink plumbing. They sent in a professional flooring company to assessthe floors. Their solution required us to move back into a hotel for at least a week so they could clean, resealthe tile and recolor the grout.The only thing that saved this project was Darin Ingle who arrived on the project in February. Darin was sent in from another state to resolve theproblems at the Montgomery location that included our home. Darin took the reins, brought in new crews and cameevery day to ensure the work got back on track and that it was done correctly. Darins arrival was months intothe project and while we have never sued anyone, we were on the verge of doing just that to get another companyto come in so we could go home. I am not sure if Servpros executives realize that Darin not only saved our project,saved them from a lawsuit but did an amazing job saving their reputation. I would only call them again if Darin Ingle handled the job.Because of Darin, I am giving Servpro a 2 star rating and Darin a 5.An update to my review. I was contacted by Mr. Bowen, an owner. Mr. Bowen was determined to do something to do something for All we had been through. He offered to send in a crew or something. While his offer was appreciated, we had already fixed many of the issues and did not feel we could ensure another work crew I agreed to think it over and get back with him. The one thing, as I explained to him, that distressed me everytime I went into the laundry was the dents and scratches on the tops of the washer and dryer which he eagerly agreed to replace. With much of manufacturing shut down for long periods, appliances are in short supply. However, Mr. Bowen and Darin Ingle were able to replace order And have new ones installed. My frustration is no longer renewed when I walk into my laundry room. My thanks to Mr. Bowen for reaching out and making this a better experience, and to Darin Ingle for making it happen. It is good to know they cared to make things better.

My home was worse when they left out than it was when they came in!! Some of the crew was extremely rude and I had several damages. I will never in life use them again nor refer them! The initial visit and the site manager were the exception. They were very nice but the workers need professionalism and skill training!

Serve Pro is fabulous.

Every time we have hired Servpro, we find that they send 6 to 8 people but only two of them work. The rest sit in the back of the van playing on their cell phones. We will NEVER hire you again

We had smoke damage to our house and I called Servpro and they began the cleaning of every surface, clothes and upholstery cleaned and our things were returned to us within weeks. I would highly recommend Servpro if there is smoke damage as a result of fire damage

Our kitchen had water damage as a result of a leak under the sink which was not discovered and I called Servpro and they came out and assessed the damage cleaned up the water and checked for mold which was found and they took care of it also and made the kitchen workable again.
