Hotel room was clean and sanitized. Spacious with very comfortable bed. Room service has limited offerings but service wasTop notch.

First I want to say this was the cleanest casino I have ever been to and also the staff were nice. There’s the good. I learned a lesson playing the machines here. The machines here are all BINGO machines no matter what the screens look like. The tribe does not have to pay taxes on money gained from these Class II machines. So, what you are actually doing when you think you are playing slots is playing BINGO against other people in the casino or on their network. The reels on a machine you are playing will spin until another person starts playing BINGO against you. I had no clue what the deal was with all the machines having a bingo card on them. After researching I know to never play a machine with a bingo card on the display. I gave 3 stars because I believe the tribe should have to post signs stating that their machines are fancy BINGO games that are tied to other games and that all the customer is doing is paying to play electronic BINGO. And one other thing: no one is available at the bar to buy a beer from. You have to be gambling on a machine and have bet $5 on that machine before you can press a button on the machine that brings up a screen and ALLOWS you to buy a beer and you BUY the beer after all that trouble. My recommendation is to skip this casino and also skip any casino that has bingo cards on the “slot machine” screen.

First time staying over night at this location. Staff is people-friendly! First time eating at B.B. Kings! Great food! I felt safe and secure! Will be visiting again!

Love this place. The restaurant is over rated food not that great to me and over priced. Also just a not when you order food that should come with condiments please provide them. Rooms were nice love the over head showers and bed but the furniture need to be cleaned ( sofas, chairs and rugs)

Always a nice quick day trip. Slots only. Social distancing is great. They now have designated outdoor smoking so the place smells fresh. Always clean. Always friendly. BB Kings has never disappointed with food. Lucille is for fast bites so dont expect much.

Wind Creek Montgomery is one of Montgomery best casino. Loved it and enjoyed myself. How this place is set up and laid out is beautiful. The BB King Blues Bar/Club is awesome.

First time there on 9/14/21. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Casino was immaculately clean. If there was a negative it was LucillesCafe. Took over an hour to get hamburger and chicken tenders.

My husband and I had never been here before. The 13th of September we went there in the afternoon it was nice we signed up for our cards the employees was friendly enough. The next day we go back on the fourteenth we gambled for about 4 hours then decided to use our $10.00 vouchers at Lucilles cafe we was given because it was our first visit. We ordered our food at approximately 11:36 we was number 232 we waited, waited, numbers was being called out that was behind us way behind us we asked about our food about 45 minutes in we was told it was next waiting on the hamburger steak next it was the Chicken fingers, I asked to speak to the manager finally after 10 minutes she comes out says she was cooking and she was getting out all the breakfast orders first she apologized several times constellation prize I got a free salad that made me sick to my stomach. If you can not cook whats on the menu then it shouldnt be on there or your in the wrong profession.

The room I stayed in was great. I had a walk in shower, which was nice. The casino staff was also very friendly and helpful. I lost my phone on the gaming floor and one of the staff members found it and brought it to security, which I really appreciated. As I was checking out the next day, another staff member named Joseph asked me if I needed help with my bags. I said I parked all the way on the other side of the building so he did not have to help me, but he insisted on doing so. He walked all the way to the other side with me and carried my bags, which I also really appreciated. I enjoyed my stay here at the hotel and the staff is excellent.

I am giving the restaurant Lucille I order a pork chop meal and it suppose to have came with 2 fried pork chops I got one pork chop cut in half and it was over cooked. It just was good couldve be cooked better for $15 that I paid for it. Want be going back there.

Very nice casino. Love that on your first time they give you your loses back up to $1k to use again within the next 30 days. They also give $10 food credit. Seemed like there were a lot of people hitting jackpots, but it definitely was my husband or I. Our second time going out we used $300 in free play from our loses. We ended up making some back. The staff are quite helpful and polite. There are plenty of machines with a wide variety. We also ate at the BB Kings Blues Club. I had the catfish and he had the Shrimp Po Boy. The catfish was literally the best I have ever had and their hush puppies are on point. We had a super nice waitress, cant remember her name. The live music was great and drinks were also quite good. Definitely recommend.

I did not have any valet parking service or real close handicap parking for those who needed it. Shame! The ribs were great along with the bbq sauce. Sevice was just mediocre. Music was not my taste so i didnt enjoy it. I would return for their ribs. Collards and cornbread was good too. Gumbo was soooo spicey i couldnt eat it!

With this casino, being about an hours drive from South Georgia. It was convenient. The comps that they provide for guests needs to be upgraded. It only works for local.

I just got here and boy are they packed in here today .( Happy Easter )I dont know how the out come will be this time being here. In the past I have won . place looks nice on the outside in fact here are a few pictures of the outside as the sun starting to set in the bright blue sky. They do check your temperature before you walk all the way in.

Your temperature is checked before you enter the building. There are sanitation stations in all areas.. The facility was very clean. Just to be safe, half of the machines were disabled. (being socially distant-which I appreciate) All workers wore masks. I have only been twice and had good experiences both times. As the weather gets warmer, I will go back again. ♤♡◇♧

Stayed in this hotel for a weekend and regrettably I didnt have many choices in the area. Checked into a hot room with no air conditioning and was spoken to by management like the room was a promotion or something free. I spent my hard earn money to be treated and spoke to the way that I was. I have called back several times requesting a person from upper management contract me. Still no contact! I recorded the entire conversation between us and the staff. If someone doesnt speak to us soon we will explore other ways of being heard because thats really all we want, is to be heard.!!

We stayed at the Hotel. Thank God it was a free reward. The water wasnt warm at ALL. The maintenance Man never showed up to fix the issue. The Air was broken. It was so Hot in the room, we stayed on the gaming floor to stay cool. Havent been back since.

I go to Alabama just to go to this casino because it is always fun! They play music, there are screens throughout the entire casino that show when someone won a Jackpot along with the special Jackpot tune, of course! Only the amount is shown and that is it.. Drinks can be ordered from the machine you are playing from and delivered to you. I usually win and really enjoy myself when I visit. It would be nice if they would offer more play money though.
