These folks are amazing! We were halfway through our travels when one of our tires starting veering off in the wrong direction! We went to one shop and they gave us a minimum 2 hour wait and then maybe another hour to fix.I walked in and Geno Roberts (Store Manager) was able to help us right away! Excellent customer service, professional, courteous and helpful! They are indeed the tire pros!!

I had a problem with my brakes and Geno and the crew were quick to get my car in the shop and on the road again. Fantastic experience. The staff and technicians were exceptionally friendly and professional. We werent able to locate the key for the wheel locks, which was my fault for misplacing it at some point. They were patient and worked through the issue with me. They were able to get the locks removed and ordered replacement lug nuts for each of the wheels.We have used them before for tires on another vehicle as well as oil changes. Always a great experience and I highly encourage anyone in need of automotive services to check them out.

I was greeted very nice, and they were nice people, however, I went in for front alignment a little while back. I was told that I needed just over $1000 in parts on the front, before alignment could be done. I said No thanks. And took my vehicle to a certified mechanic friend, and he looked everything over, and said nothing was loose and there was no reason I shouldnt be able to get a front end alignment. He takes it to a shop to get the front end aligned.....only ONE of the 4 parts (Gibsons told me was lose) on the front was actually a little lose, but it wasnt enough to not do the job. I will eventually have to replace a part, which is fine.....but it wasnt anywhere NEAR, just over the $1000 I was told it would cost. Im disappointed....the days of taking a vehicle in for normal maintenance are over, it now involves the normal maintenance along with rebuilding the entire vehicle......Edit: I also chose to go here, because I have used Don duncan in the past, all to get a run around of another $1000 for this or that, while nothing was wrong......I almost didnt even go, because most shops these days pull this mess, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Very professional, great customer service. Very pleased with new tire installation. They were patient and helpful in assisting me in finding the right new tires. Also very pleased with their continued service after the sale. I got a flat within a few months of buying tires that was entirely my fault (hit a curb). They replaced the tire without question. Will be buying all our tires here from now on.

Today was my first time visiting to get a tire replaced. Service was great and the Store Manager, Geno Roberts, was really awesome. He was very pleasant and took time to explain everything to me before his employees did any work on my vehicle. Geno also helped me save money because I went in thinking I needed to get a tire replaced. However, after their inspection, he informed me my tire was repairable and would only be $20. I appreciated him helping me save money instead of nickel and diming me, like most auto shops do with women. My wait time wasnt bad either and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. I noticed Gipsons Tire Pros had high reviews, but I saw for myself on today that they werent lying. Definitely recommend this place for your auto needs! Satisfied customer here.

I was having trouble with my car starting and needed a check to see if my battery was bad or not. Just a simple, 5 minute process. I stop by Gipsons and ask if they can help and the guy was like yeah, its $24.99 but we cant do it right now...I am like well can you recommend a place that can...his response..no, sorry I am not from around here. I just say thanks and walk out the door. I drive across the street to Don Duncans All American..not only do that greet me with a smile and when I ask the same question the response is yes maam we can help you, do you want to wait or come back? I said I will wait... he says alright, it shouldnt take that long. Maybe 10 minutes passes and he comes back and says, your battery is bad, either you can buy one here or we can put one in for you and gives me the price. I said go ahead and put one in. I was back on the road before my lunch break was even over. I know I couldve saved money and gone to autozone and bought a battery and put it in. I dont care because I dont mind paying a little extra for great customer service, plus they didnt charge for checking my battery. Dont give me any excuse about well....we were just real busy, the other shop was busy too. It takes less than 5 minutes to check a battery. You lost a sale and potential long-term customer over poor customer service and something that wouldve taken 5 minutes.

I wont take my car anywhere except Gipsons (the downtown Montgomery location); I trust Geno to take care of me and be honest with me about what my car needs. Hes never pushy, he always tries to find good deals for me at excellent quality to keep myself and my kids safe on the road!

Where do I start?? I was in Montgomery working today drove from Gadsden and then almost to Selma and back to downtown Montgomery. Came out of the RSA tower to my car with a flat! Called capital police and the most kind State Trooper ever came to my rescue.. pumped up my tire with a pump in my trunk instead of a TIRE!!’ ( Ladies check your trunk!) He then followed me to Gipson tire and they treated me like a Queen! At closing time !! All I can say is, I will be buying tires from the most kind fellas I’ve ever met .. thank you DUNCAN you were a blessing!!!

I received a 6 qt oil change in Feb 2018. It was fast, reasonably priced, and my vehicle was left as clean as when I brought it in . Employees are happy.The waiting room has Keurig coffee, good expanded TV cable, comfortable seats, bright, and it is very clean. Could eat off the floor as my mother would say.Ladies room is also very clean, well supplied, and even has hand lotion!For what more can I ask?

BUYER BEWARE! Gipson’s will offer you a good deal on the front end, but if you ever have any trouble with their service or product they will make you pay. I had four new tires installed on my wife’s vehicle and she hit a nail 3 hours after we picked it up. When she took it back that afternoon, they said they could patch the puncture, but allegedly the sidewall was also damaged and the tire would have to be replaced. The manager told her he did not have any option but to charge her the full cost of a new tire. When I called the manager, he reluctantly gave me other options, but I was still forced to buy their upgraded warranty package for a tire that was 3 HOURS old. If I had to guess, the tire was damaged before it was even put on the car. The Gipson brothers are obviously running a racket and I would recommend you steer clear of this operation.

But in the end, it was almost a pleasure to drive that extra distance to deal with Howard and his group in Montgomery on Madison. Not only did they offer friendly service, they took good care of my new rims during the tire install.I wish him and his location nothing but the best.

They work on all of our vehicles. Im hard in a truck and they take good care of my not so easy fixes. They stand behind their work and warranties. A little expensive but worth it for safety on the highway.

I never had a preferred automotive guy until I met Henry Lucas. It all began when I was requesting prices on a set of tires. Henry emailed me a price that was a little higher than the other quote, but he followed up with a phone call to tell me that he would match the price if I really wanted that specific tire. He went on to explain how it was not the right tire for my vehicle and I ended up getting the same brand, but entirely different tire for a comparable price. After driving with the new tires, I understood why Henry recommended what he did. Ultimately, Henry went the extra mile to provide a level of service that is rarely seen anymore. That was two years ago and ever since then, I have all three of my vehicles serviced by Henry and Gipson Tire Pros. Lastly, when I get the bill, its always lower than I expected. You wont find a better more trustworthy automotive business and the staff are all polite and excellent technicians.

On Saturday May 19, 2018 my daughter and I were traveling southbound on I-85 on our way to a travel ball tournament in Millbrook, Al when our left rear tires tread ripped away from the tire. We carefully drove onto the shoulder of the interstate as my daughter looked online for the nearest tire store. She said Daddy, I found this one called Gipsons Tire Pro, its only 7 minutes away. I told her to dial the number. The call was answered by Howard who immediately began to address my concerns and give me options of the tires he had in stock. I then asked for the physical address to his store. My daughter entered the address into her phone and we followed the directions to the tire store.Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Howard and was able to relax and know that my daughter and I were in good company. Howard obtained our customer information from my daughter as I backed our truck into one of the service bays so that Technician John or James could get started changing our tire. Howard understood our urgency to arrive at our tournament in as timely a manner as possible and put us on the fast track to get us back on the road.Our wait in the customer reception area was very pleasant, considering our circumstances. Very clean and comfortable, it actually gave me a little insight to upgrades I would like to make to our customer reception area in our place of business, Advanced Transmission & Auto Care Inc in Columbus, Ga.Shortly afterwards, Howard had our invoice printed and had us back on the road to Millbrook just in the nick of time to take the field!
