My husband and I purchased a new 2020 xt5. Everything was fine until the trim on the back started to come up. My husband took the truck to the service department, without scheduling an appointment, they wouldn’t even consider looking at it. They told him that he needed to schedule an appointment. My appointment time was at 10:30, upon arrival (1) I wasn’t greeted, (2) I had to wait about 30 minutes before they pulled my car up (3) 2 hours later Tony, told me that the part the needed for my car had to be ordered.(4) no one notified me that had been received until after I called about 5 times, so I had to set up another appointment to get the repairs done. My appointment time was 9:00am. Tony told me over the phone it’s would only take a couple of hrs. When we dropped our xt5 off this morning, Tony told him our car may not be ready until 5:pm! It’s now 2:50pm and my car is still not ready and there was only one car ahead of me when we dropped it off. I don’t think the employees in the service department are professional and I also think it my have something to do with the color of my skin. I refuse to spend my hard earn money somewhere, that employees can’t greet with a good morning and appreciate my business. If I had known I was going to get this kind of treatment from the service department, I would have chosen a different dealership.

Do not use this place for service!! You will be very disappointed if you do. staff is very unprofessional, and lacks the skills necessary to take care of multiple Cadillac and GMC owners. A very unorganized and stressful environment. Me and my father stopped by in a 2019 GMC 3500 for routine services and were lied to about repairs (i.e) Rotate and Balance of tires. Seemly very simple operation but the guys could not lift the vehicle and did not preform repairs. Instead One Tech change the oil form the ground as i watched form a distance. Had us waiting for two hours!! And did nothing but the oil change..
