Everytime my husband and I go to the office. The whole team makes us feel like family. I called Marandas office to discuss a few things with her and Kaylee answered the phone. Not only was Kaylee nice, she was knowledgeable. I asked her questions regarding my automobile coverage and my home coverage. She knew the answers to everything I asked her. She informed me that she would be contacting three vendors regarding a water leak and damage to my roof and have them contact me. Katie is the best!! She was super helpful! Changing my car insurance was SO EASY with her AND I’m saving over $100 a month on my car insurance. No high deductible either!!

Katie James took great care of me through messenger, answered all my questions and had me set up while I was at work with 4 questions and had me finished and ready to go within 10 minutes. Saving me $40 a month and added roadside service and rental reimbursement(that I didn’t receive from the old company) . I will definitely recommend not only State Farm but Katie as an individual, to anyone in need or just bragging about the amount I saved.
