Usually going in to sign up for insurance is annoying and monotonous, but JaNay was friendly and personable. Willing to help with multiple policies. Was quick and easy to get everything taken care of, and was a pleasure talking with her throughout the process. Insurance covered exactly what I needed without a bunch of extra stuff, and was fairly priced. About what I had expected.

I was really impressed by the products and customer service offered at Acceptance Insurance, I was able to get a homeowners policy and a surety bond within 30 minutes! JaNay was thorough and fun to work with. The car insurance they offer is cheap and I’m switching my auto insurance policy to them as well. Chick-Fil-A style customer service insurance company. It was my pleasure doing business with Acceptance Insurance in Montgomery! By the way I overheard another client being helped and they were relieved at how cheap the SR-22 insurance is and said they had shopped around and it was by far the lowest rate. Best place to go to for insurance and all. I was greeted with positive energy. I’m a young black man and a worker named Brian Scott gave me you know knowledge most people don’t give. He showed me ways better my credit and good advice. This also my first time getting insurance I’m 20 and he helping me and showing me ways to be successful. I recommend coming here for insurance

My automobile insurance was up for renewal. I was shopping around for something more affordable because I have two teenage boys on my plan. I had a friend refer me to your office. I called and spoke to Brian who gave me a quote last week. I came into your office today and got everything squared away in an hour! Thank you Zandra! Great customer service and in the long run I will save more with your company. Stay away from the big insurance companies and go with Acceptance!

I went to see why I wasnt getting email reminders when my bill was due, and the Manger I cant remember her name was very helpful and she signed me back up to receive emails when my payment was due. Also I needed someone to talk to the finance company of my vehicle and the Manager was able to and she didnt have a attitudes about.

BEFORE YOU GET ACCEPTANCE INSURANCE BEWARE IF YOU WRECK WHILE GLANCING AT YOUR PHONE OR TALKING ON YOUR PHONE YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE COVERED. MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR POLICY CAREFULLY. MY SISTER HAS THIS INSURANCE CURRENTLY AND THEY DIDNT COVER HER BECAUSE SHE PRESS THE SPEAKER BUTTON ON HER PHONE. THE GUY BRYAN SCOTT THAT SOLD HER THE INSURANCE WAS TO FOCUSED ON CHATTING WITH THE GUY AT TALLASSEE AUTOMOTIVE TO FULLY EXPLAIN THE POLICY TO HER . SHE HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL HIM SO THAT HE COULD SEND THE EMAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS STATING WHAT PICTURES HE NEEDED HER TO TAKE. MY OPINION THE SECTION IN THE POLICY ABOUT PHONES SHOULD BE ON THE VERY FRONT PAGE IN BOLD. IF I WAS THE AGENT THAT WOULD OF BEEN THE FIRST THING I DISCUSSED. I GUESS ITS MORE IMPORTANT TO MAKE A SELL THAN EXPLAIN THE COVERAGE
