The team arrived exactly on time. They were very professional and well equipped. The team had face masks and they made sure to cover their shoes when they came into the house. We received videos of before and after the cleaning process and were shocked to see the difference and especially what we were breathing everyday. The 3 gentlemen were very professional. They walked me through their process and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. They removed literal gallons of dust, dirt and buildup from my vents for the cheapest price around. They also cleaned out dryer vent which is something we often forget needs to be attended too and also something that if left unattended can be dangerous to our family and home. They sanitized and gave my vents a nice after smell and cleaned up every last bit of dust that came out of the vents. All within about 3 hours hours 18 vents plus the dryer. Will definitely use again!

This is well over due but none the less my apologies. I bought their Groupon but they were already so booked up that I went ahead and hired another company (Gruter) who was able to come out earlier. Both preformed the same services (duct and vent cleaning w. complementary dryer vent cleaning). Gruter came out on March 29th. Ducts were still dirty (used a camera hooked up to cell phone to check). They were professional but after seeing the ducts were still dirty I was interested to see what Best Air would do. Note: This was the very first time my ducts had ever been cleaned (house is 30 yrs old). Best Air came out on April 28th so exactly one month later. Cleaned the ducts again and vents and also cleaned the dryer exhaust vent. You can see in the picture yourself what Best Air got out of my dryer vent AFTER it being cleaned one month prior. I would definitely have them back out again, no question. Excellent results!

I understand the need for further service after so When that happens, I’m fine getting a quote to decide further. My problem is I was mislead by the technician based on what he quoted me and how it was different from what the female owner told me. I purchased a Groupon for an air duct cleaning and deodorizing treatment. I was told this takes 90 minutes to 2+ hours. The team showed up around 11:20 and started loading up their car by 11:50. They used a shop vac on my vents, which anyone can do. They did clean my dryer vent as listed in the package and I was happy with that. I think they hooked up something to my main line and used negative pressure to “clean” my system. I didn’t see it used, nor did I hear it running so I can’t really say for sure but I hope they did in fact do this as it was included in the package. They didn’t do The deodorizing treatment. I even went down to the main system and still could not smell anything. The tech at my house quoted me an additional $450 for deep cleaning and sanitizing (after taking off $50 for the Groupon I paid for even though I paid more than $50). He specifically said the deep clean does not include anything the groupon package includes, which is why it’s so much more. I called to ask further questions i assumed a deep cleaning covered the basic air duct cleaning I already paid for. The female owner I spoke with originally confirmed this. Based on the number of vents I have, it would be $275-300 ($225 for 10 vents plus $10 for each vent after that) for a deep cleaning service, which would include scrubbing the lines of any dust build up, plus the dryer vent cleaning and deodorizing. I explain what the tech told me and she said she would reach out to the tech, Simon, to clarify. I told her I just wanted to know for sure because two different stories made me feel like I’m being scammed or mislead. She called back, very rude and denied everything. She kept interrupting me as I was only trying to explain Simon told me I would need to pay for both, even though the women said the deep clean already covered what the Groupon included. She became very rude and told me I’m more than welcome to find someone else and pay $1000-2000 for the same service. I told her I will be complaining elsewhere and she called me rude. I then received a call from Simon, who turns out to be another owner. He was very rude as well and denied my claim that the deodorizing treatment was never done. I told him to never contact me again and he said “fuck you” and I responded with the same and that I would file a complaint and to never contact me again. I then received a rude text message from Simon. I had to tell him two more times to not contact me again. I do not recommend this company. They were misleading to me and very unprofessional when I voiced my concerns.

We just moved into an apartment complex and it looked like the vents had never been cleaned. Best Air was very responsive and accommodating in scheduling, and they worked with us on pricing and payment. The two techs who came out, Dylan and Dishon, were friendly, focused, and professional. They arrived on schedule wearing PPE and even cloth over their shoes for the carpet. They were thorough in cleaning the system out, cleaned up after themselves, and were faster than we expected. They even got the dryer vent. A+, excellent job, will absolutely be coming back next time I move or need maintenance.

Loved the fact they cleaned my ducts. Love it! However I hate that the level of cleanliness didnt meet my standard as dust was EVERYWHERE after they cleaned out the lines! They missed cleaning 2 vents. My air quality is suspect just weeks later after I paid the upcharge of $120 more for a deodorizing. 3 out of 5 stars.

Wow! This was well worth the price paid. Our house was built in 1959, we moved in after the home was flipped and our realtor recommended getting the ducts cleaned. I put it off until a couple friends with allergies noticed their allergies flared up in our house. Dylan & Dishon came out promptly right at 10am (inside our 10-1pm service window). They have over 10 years experience between the two of them and got straight to work. Our house had layers of build up in some of the vents. One vent had 2 tennis balls stuck to the dust somehow. I wish I had photos. All-in-all the air smells clean! Like I’m breathing in all new air. They replaced our furnace filter. Put all the vents back. And my favorite part, showed up before and after videos of everything! Would recommend checking them out!

Ive searched air duct cleaning for a while and Best Air seemed to have decent reviews. I dont think I had the same experience as others. I had to ask a lot of questions because I didnt know what they were doing. I had to ask for before and after videos, I asked if they cleaned the dryer vent. I had no clue what was going on since Ive never had the service provided before. I only received information on a UV lightening system. No information on how the system looked in my home. Service itself was ok but communication was not there.

The two gentlemen went above and beyond in accessing my dryer vent which was unbeknownst to me, under some deck steps! They unscrewed the wood panel and cleaned the duct, which probably had not been cleaned out in many years...the amount of caked lint was impressive. This was all done in a cold drizzle.
