Excellent service. Warren and Mike accomplished what two other companies claimed couldnt be done without replacing the bathtub. The two technicians replaced the tub drain and pipe in two hours and by doing so saved me several thousand dollars. Dixie Electric certainly has my business for any future plumbing, electrical or HVAC services that are needed.

Too expensive. The service technician was prompt, polite, and communicated well. I would have been happy to use the service if the prices were more reasonable (over $600 to repair a leaky toilet or $800 to install a new one). It was disappointing to have to pay the $69 service fee to get an estimate and send the technician away. I was able to find another very reputable company able to repair my toilet for well under half the price, saving me hundreds of dollars.
Mark & Roy were the plumbers who Installed my bathroom toilets and kitchen and guess-bath faucets. These guys were very professional, knowledgeable, competent and very respectful! Had my Electrical Panel updated and an outdoor power outlet installed. Months later the outlet stopped working. Dixie says they have no record of any of the work being done and they will not warranty it.

Josh and Travis came out to my house and they were very friendly and talked with me about my unit is leaking without taking in consideration that a/c can overtime lose pressure. It doesnt mean that there is a leak in my unit. Granted that my unit is over ten years old.
I called Dixie Electric because I was having issues with my hot water tank. The company sent two workers to my home and they were very thorough and knowledgeable about the situation at hand. Do not recommend they left my parents home in worse condition than it was before they came. they did everything but what was asked of them the flooding hasnt stopped here is proof below of how they left my parents home holes in the walls wash room floods daily and they said they will not come back out even though we pay monthly they wont come and correct this mess until its paid in full. Well Dixie get it back in blood!!! Yall are horrible

Very disappointing and very expensive...I assure you, I am a customer. Had a dead oven, dead heating system, and power in 1/3 of the house was out following storm. Your men stayed for several hours, did I dont know what but did not repair oven, heat, nor the power. They said they were sorry but charged me over $1100. They stated they couldnt find the box for power... They were to come back with someone more knowledgeable the next day but have yet to show up... That was 12/2/2020.
Call them a week ago to set up a time for them to come in and fix the plumbing thats leaking and at that time didnt tell us that they werent doing mobile homes and then they called back to reschedule well the reschedule date came and the tax return goes well we dont do Mobile homes at this time wasted time on our side massively would not recommend

This was our first experience using Dixie. Russell came to install a few ceiling fans and a chandelier. He couldn’t have been more professional and thorough with explaining the installation process and timeline of completion. We were very impressed with Dixie overall as well. When I first called to book an appointment the lady who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. One cool thing Dixie does that is different from any other company we have used before is that when Russell was on his way here they sent a text message that let us know he was on the way, as well as a picture of him and his name. I thought this was a great safety feature and a good way to introduce him to us prior to arrival. I can’t say enough good things about Dixie. The dispatcher who called before Russell departed for our house was also very polite and professional. We will definitely use Dixie in the future and recommend them.

I called Dixie yesterday to come and take a look at an issue I was having with my thermostat. They were extremely helpful and quick to get someone out to my house to work on the issue. Kyle P. was the technician that showed up and he was extremely professional and helpful. He was here no more than 30 minutes and had my furnace and thermostat back up and running. I would absolutely recommend Dixie for anyone that runs in to an issue!
Saturday night I called Dixie because I was with out hot water. I was told I needed a new burner assembly and it would have to wait until Monday when the manufacturer was open. I called 3 times on Monday for a status and each time I was told someone would call me back. I have yet to hear from someone with a status for my part and when I should expect the repairs to take place. It’s not hard to call someone and tell them what’s going on.

Yesterday I had a water leak emergency. Water was leaking at my water meter and was ankle deep in my yard. I called Dixie and Sean Elliot was here in about 1 hour (amazing). Sean assessed the problem and gave me a quote. He didnt have the part he needed so he scheduled to come out this afternoon. Sean and Jacob Arrighi were here around 2pm. It didnt take long for them to get the leak repaired and my water back on.Sean and Jacob did a great job today. I am one happy camper!Sean has been out to my home to help me with several different issues and always provides quality workmanship in a timely and professional manner.

I experienced service that I was not happy with because the technician did not follow through with troubleshooting my issue which could have resulted in me paying for more than what I should have, so I declined to have the issue fixed by them. The company reached back to me to inquire about what happened and was willing to rectify the issue and also asked how they could make it better! I thank you for being concerned enough to inquire. So impressed with Dixie! Kyle came out on a weekend emergency service call to fix our A/C and could not have done a better job. He explained everything he did and why he was doing it. It took him only a few minutes to diagnose the problem but he checked over the whole system while he was at it and addressed some other preventative maintenance issues while he was at it, but also didnt pressure us about additional services. Very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.
Went above and beyond to make sure repairs to a problem a previous company had left were recognized and advised of the deficiencies that were found. Kyle, the service tech was great and the A/C supervisor was easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Though weve been pleased with having switched to Dixie Electric since our previous provider retired, yesterday was the 1st time weve had Stephen Viola from Dixie Electric as a service rep. He was prompt, straight forward, respectful & very thorough. He went out of his way to get info needed to give us options re: things he found that could &/or should be corrected & the pricing for each. We appreciated having the info without the pressure of making a specific choice, & when he calls back Monday with the final details re: our equipments warranty coverage, its our intent to request he be the one to come do the work.

Clif and Josh did a fantastic job for us this morning. We had several needed repairs. They discussed our options with us and provided pricing. We selected the ones that we wanted completed today and they got to work. They completed the repairs quickly and expertly. We will definitely contact them for any needed electrical repairs in the future.
Travis arrived on time, was careful in my house, replaced my thermostat unit quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Even though the old thermostat was a bit larger, he placed the new one over the hole and I wont have to repaint the wall! Great service and a nice man.
Roy did a good job checking the plumbing and giving me some great information about a faucet knob. He also shared tips on a toilet I may replace soon. I appreciate his help with other questions about plumbing.Stan did a good job today checking the plumbing in the attic, as well as other areas. I asked him to check the fan in the attic to make sure it was circulating air. He verified that it was running and said that was automatically controlled by the AC unit. I thought it had to manually be cut on. Stan also checked the entire house for carbon monoxide, because one of the detectors had activated and had a blue light flashing.I also thank the young man who brought me a case of AC filters. I am always happy with the service from Dixie Electric, Plumbling, and AC.

Prompt and professional. Very friendly and arrived when they promised.Regretfully, the quoted price for a few simple routine tasks such as replacing a simple light fixture, a bathroom fan and a three way switch was about $1000! These are basic tasks almost any homeowner can do, but I no longer can due to health. After shopping around, I bought the new parts for about $50 and paid a coworker about $150 for less than two hours work. Thats just too big a difference!

Mr. Stan & Mr. Roy worked on my shower and did a phenomenal job. My shower was leaking. They came and replaced parts and what not. I called later in the afternoon because it started back leaking. I had a very unusual need for quick service that had to do with a real estate transaction and when I explained everything to Carol she was right on it getting a technician scheduled. She took all the pertinent information very professionally and explained Dixies programs and their coupon offers online. When Tony arrived at the location he was also very professional; especially dealing with the tense situation. When I explained everything to him he said he understood and went right to work. The day after the initial visit I had a couple of questions and he was very helpful and patient answering my questions.

Dixie Electric is a great business. They have done work for us a couple of times at our home. They are professional and extremely nice. Linda is very friendly when you set up your appointment and calls and emails you to confirm. They also keep their appointments which is great. They are not the lowest price, but they have the best quality of any electricians that I have ever used. They are all super friendly and bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied before, during, and after the work is completed. They give you quotes before they start work and explain exactly what that quote will cover. Lance and Tony have made electrical repairs at our house, and they were both professional, prompt, skilled and very nice. I wish every company cared about giving their customers a great experience like Dixie Electric does. Their slogan of Call Dixie and Its Done. is one of the rare examples of truth in advertising.

The guys who came out were good but, it cost 364.00, just, to clear two slow draining sinks. Prices are, COMPLETELY, outrageous. I will NOT use Dixie anymore due to this fact, alone. Again, the work was good, however.

The team- CJ and Sam - arrived on time. They were cordial, efficient, wore shoe covers, cleaned all areas after work was completed in installing water heater, explained operation of unit, explained all financial matters, were two very nice and polite gentlemen. All work was completed in only a few hours - after diagnosing cause left to get unit, returned back to complete installation shortly thereafter. All of the work was done in a few hours on the same day of visit.We will definitely call Dixie when we need help in the future and refer them to friends.Did a perfect job!!
I have used Dixie electric several times they are very courteous, timely and professional. I like the opportunity to request the same technician (Tony). We had to update an old electrical panel and of course add new plugs for all the wall mounted TVs In the home. Tony took it as a personal challenge to find the One shot place over my well built fireplace!!! This was at 8pm!!! after a very long two days at my house. I even gave him an opportunity to come back another day. Now that is old fashion Customer Service!!!!!
