We had a new system installed by Chads earlier this year and it was working fine until the recent hot weather when it started cycling on and off independent of the thermostat. Chad and his entire team have been awesome. Kind of a funky gut and restore with some very limiting factors (mid mod where roof is the ceiling, no attic, etc). Chad thought and thought to get it right. Made excellent insulation suggestions, and spent a lot of time on the sizing. Installers were terrific as well. I’ve been updating homes for a long time. Chad’s has a unique feel of a hometown group with some sophisticated follow up and job tracking apps not common for a small town provider. I’m impressed with his organization overall. Had to have Chads AC Direct come to the house after my ac system went down. Chad fiddled with it and got it running for the time being. He diagnosed a bad compressor and leak in the air handler. My system is 13+ years old and is on its last leg. Looks as if they will be installing another more energy efficient unit here soon.

Sonny had to come to our home three times because we werent able to pin down the problem right away. It turned out to be two issues causing the leak. Although, he had to keep coming back, each time he was courteous and professional, and was happy to keep at it until he solved the problem. Great guy and great service.

Purchased a new unit less than a year ago and it is already messed up. Called for service repair and was given an appt time. Waited over 5 hours and never got a call and they would not answer the phone( any of the numbers). Yes my pre- teen daughter called and I know you had the correct number as your desk clerk repeated it the next day when someone finally answered. I am glad it was not the a.c., but regardless still poor customer service. They wont even acknowledge, much less apologize that it was wrong. Whatever it is fixed and I am over it .

Brandon and Jay, I believe, came out and installed a new indoor and outdoor unit for me. They were both very professional and great people.
