Top-notch! Excellent customer service provided by the lady working the front desk. She was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The restroom was new, bright, and very clean.

Initially was told via email that I could pick up the truck at 7:30 AM. While setting up the reservation on the phone it was pushed back to 11:30. The morning of the move I was called and informed I wouldnt be able to pick up the truck until 12:30. Arrive at 12:30 and Im informed the driver was in traffic and should be there shortly. At 1:30 I have the truck and am able to start moving. The 12 ft truck handled fine and everything else went smoothly (I was able to drop off the truck after hours at a separate location with ease), but it was annoying having a move get delayed by 6 hours.

Moving is never fun but the staff at Penske Montclair made one piece of it so easy. Frankie was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to her when ever they need to rent a truck. Thank you again for the excellent service!!!
