Its a small office but customer service was great. I was looking for a fairly large moving van. Kenya went above and beyond to accommodate the rental, especially on short notice. She is the owner/operator and does a great job to see customers as they arrive. The van was clean and I received proper direction about safety and operation. She took extra time to explain the precautions needed to be taken due to the height (10 ft) of the vehicle. In short, it was a great experience and I will be a returning customer.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Do not rent from this Avis, the gentleman at the counter is rude and not helpful at all. This Avis has their own rules and will refuse you for no good reason. I had to pay for an Uber to get me and my family back home because the guy at the counter refused my card. He didn’t even swipe it. When I called corporate they apologized and did nothing. They couldn’t even match my pricing any where. This all happened at 4:30pm, by the time I was off the phone with customer service it was 5pm and all car rentals in the area closed. Be warned when booking here!

Ive now rented a few times at this location and they are always accommodating. Its a small branch so sometimes there is a small wait if there are a couple customers in front of you however they take care of you real well when its your turn. They always have great rates as well. This is now my go to rental location in the area.

I’ve rented with them and they are fine! But right now their phone doesn’t seem to be working.. they need to remedy this ASAP!

This is my go to Avis for all of my personal and business needs. im a Preferred Plus member, and I get a least 3-4 cars a month. Kenya is amazing, and always provides the best experience. I actually book here because of her customer service skills, and the quality of cars. I enjoy Avis versus other car rental companies and they always make sure their customers are satisfied.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with anything, ever. My rental car was cancelled by this branch, and I was inconvenienced because this location wouldn’t take my form of payment. Not only did I call the corporate number, but I will be moving forward with other actions as well. Safe yourself time and don’t visit this location.

Bunch of thieves. Take your business elsewhere unless you like being cheated. Paid for a full size but was given an intermediate although I directly asked if the car was full size several times. Corporate customer service was terrible in fixing the problem. Sleazy sales guys... again do not use unless you have too.

Reserved car online. Went to pick it up the next day, it was ready.

I had a last minute emergency, and needed a rental quick! I gave Avis a call to find out what is required from me at the time of the rental.. Ms. Kenya picked up and answered all of my questions clearly and sufficiently; from deposits and hold fees with credit and debit cards, EZ pass access and daily charges, extentions, insurance, etc..When I went to pick up the car, the process was simple, and everything was as she explained. The car was clean, and gave me no problems. Ms. Kenya was friendly, and Id definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This is not an avis car rental this a is an auto body shop with an avis sign in their window. They will rip you off and ignore your complaints.

Very rude staff members, if you argue with them about your point they start getting melodramatic. Do not come here.
