I took my convertible Audi A-4 there to restore electrical passenger rear window and after three days waiting to get the car repaired, the technicians screwed up my rag top and it doesn’t work at all. Not only did I pay a good amount of money to fix the window. They refused to apologize and pay for the new repair for rag top they damaged because it functioned perfectly before I dropped my car off to get electrical window fixed.I would not recommend anyone to their shop.
