I had been in the market for a while looking for a specific vehicle. I had inquired with different dealerships but no one really wanted to take the time to answer my questions or give me any price over the phone/email. I got in contact with Chris at Infiniti of Monrovia and right from the beginning you can see his customer service skills. He was polite, answer my questions, provided me with flexible time frames to test drive the vehicle and even continue to work with the numbers as I was out in the field working. We where able to come to an agreement with overall price, payment, etc. and decided to purchase the vehicle. Nick Cook who is his manager made the process very easy by being upfront, transparent and willing to negotiate to come to an agreement. He gave my husband and I the right amount of attention at the right times. No pressure here, just pure professionalism and kindness. The Sales Manager Nicholas bent over backwards for me. He made my purchase feel important and made me feel like earning my business and satisfaction mattered. Finance Manager Tim made the paperwork part fast and easy, he took the time to ensure we understood all our options and everything we were signing. I dont know what he did behind the scenes to get my sale finalized, but during the signing process, he made me feel valued. All three of these gentlemen are second to none. Great team!

The dealership falsely advertised their price on this vehicle. I drove from Torrance, 45 minute drive, to purchase this 2016 Malibu. I was told the advertised price of $12,998 was not the final price. The final price included Guardian Tracking Service and clear shield totalling $15,388. Salesman reassured me, prior to driving down, those aftermarket items totaling $2,390 would be removed. I told him, I want whatever $12,998 as advertised included. He said, no problem, come on down. We will/can remove those items. Well I filled out the paperwork. Then here comes another guy. He tells me those items cannot be removed. He states, dealerships do this often. Im 50 years old and have bought many cars. This isnt the norm, this is false advertising. He said a lot which I ignored because it was BS. I told him, youve wasted my time by lying and advertising a false price, shame on you. I decline and will not purchase this car for $2,400 more than advertised. He said, okay! I was upset at the lies being spewed at me. SHAME on you HGreg Infiniti

Zero Stars!!!! BE ADVICED THEIR ADVERTED SALE PRICE IS A SCAM BECAUSE THEY HAVE A MANDATORY PROTECTION PLAN THAT 2500 THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT. READ YOUR CONTRACT!!!!On 6/10/2021 Me and my husband and infant went HGreg Infiniti to purchase a 2017 infinity Qx50 I seen advised on Cars.com for 22995.My family came all the way from Lancaster. An Indian lady assisted me and my family to test drove 3 vehicles. She didn’t give me her name nor did she have a name tag on. Two of the 2017 infinity cars both had defects one didn’t have a buckle to snap a seat belt in and the other infinity the blinker didn’t work correctly. So I test drove the 2018 Infiniti and the camera didn’t work nor did the truck open with the automatic button. It also had cosmetic defect in the inside. By the time I finish test driving the cars it was 8:20p and they close at 9:00p. The India lady asked were we serious about going through with the purchase because they closed at nine and I can tell she was a little frustrated with the time. We advised her we already had an approval and was ready to purchase the vehicle. We went to her office and started the process of purchasing the vehicle. Jared adviced us that they would have to run my credit again to verify my identity and they could also possibly give me a better APR rate. He said they would have to run it through two companies. I asked can they only run it to verify my identity. They didn’t listen they ran my name twice. While Jared ran my credit. The Indian lady told us they had a Clear protection plan that covers tires dents etc and we would get it for the first 6 months at no cost then after that a dollar a month. At about 10:00p we went to Adam Graveley financial Manaager office. He also told us he was the Director. He added all of the numbers together. The total came out to 30000 with 5000 down 300 gap insurance and 2000 bumper to bumper. It didn’t make sense why the total came out so much. So I asked for a break down of what I was paying and they had a fee for 2500 before signing the car over to us. I asked what was the charge for and Adam said it was for the clear protection. I was confused and I told him we were never told we would have to pay for the clear protection plan. At this time everyone that was helping us was frustrated it was 11:30p. I asked Jared and Adam can I opt out the protection plan because I didn’t want it nor did I know I had to have to pay 2500 for it. They told me you have to purchase the protection plan it’s mandatory . I called my family member that works in car sales and told him my situation and that Adam and Jared told me no protection plan is mandatory. I asked Adam again is this plan mandatory. He wouldn’t say yes or no he just kept telling me the plan was 100 dollars but my contract said 2500. Then he said the deal is done you don’t have to get the car anymore. Adam then snatch the contract from me and said I couldn’t have it. Then told me and my husband and new born baby to step outside or he was going call the police on us and was not going to refund our down payment. He persistent on yell at me and my family and he said he was going to take his time to refund me my money back because we wasted his time. The Indian lady came back and told us we need to value people’s time but and my baby’s time. They helped us all day for an outcome to be nothing. Adam and the Indian lady came very close to my family and my baby with no mask on and I haven’t been vaccinated yet due to just having a baby. I asked them to put there mask on. She began to yell at me out the door of the store about waisting her time. I was so scared for me and my family because I’m African American. This is what you see everyday on the news. I felt harassed, disrespected, discriminated. I have everything recorded and will be taking this further.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLEWow what a disappointing experience with this dealership...It started off a little rocky to begin with. I saw a car on their lot on all the major websites (Autotrader, cars.com etc) for 18,999 which was admittedly a great deal for the car I was purchasing. I called ahead the day before and they seemed very accommodating and had the car ready for me to look at when I got there. During the test drive, three of the buttons for the infotainment system were stuck down like glue when I pushed them down. Figured no big deal, let the person showing me the car know and he assured me it would be fixed right away at no cost if i purchased the vehicle. I get to the pricing and it is 21,000 which was more than the price listed and when I looked it up to confirm the price the prices had increased in the 24 hours that I called ahead asking about the car. Luckily I had a picture of the original price and after a couple hours of them calling what must have been corporate they agreed to the offer which I thought was good. I made sure to get it in writing that would fix the buttons and the next day I brought it in is why this review is one star. Jason(the salesman) straight up asked for either the car back so they could sell it at its 21,000 price tag or that I would have to cover the buttons to be fixed out of my own pocket. When I brought up what was promised he mocked me by using semantics to say that promise letter was not legally binding and they would not fix the buttons on the car. I had to go back and forth with him for what had to have been an hour before he angrily stormed off when I would not give the car back to them after spending hours trying to buy it the day before, which was extremely rude and overtly unprofessional. Finally, after another 30 minutes of sitting and waiting, Nelson, the man who originally showed me the car and had originally promised the fix, came out and said that he talked to the manager and that he would take the heat so I could get the buttons fixed THAT THEY PROMISED TO FIX ORIGINALLY. He seemed like an excellent human being and was very apologetic. This was no doubt the worst and most anxiety inducing purchases I have made so far in my young life. the car itself is gorgeous and I absolutely love it, which is a shame that they ruined what otherwise would have been a super exciting purchase. PLEASE if you want to buy an Infiniti go to literally any other dealership theres one in Van Nuys and Valencia that would most likely stand behind their promises. If you HAVE to buy a car from them only ask to deal with Nelson as he was the only salesperson who treated me, the customer, with any respect at all. I hate writing bad reviews but I absolutely do not want anyone to have to go through the experience I did.

Saw a few cars that I was interested in online and went in to take a look, was fully prepared to make a deal. Went into the dealership and was there for about 15 minutes. Although there were about 6 employees just hanging out there (I was the only customer there on the sales floor) not even one had the curtesy to ask if I was interested in anything or even say hello. I had to walk out. I’ve had multiple Infiniti’s for over 15 years had been to many dealership, this was the worst experience.

Dealership has taken a dive since it was taken over by Hgreg, we were damn near sold a lemon, problems with the engine, steering column, roof upholstery, cooling system, and when called about it, salesmen says “well you signed for it” (none of what was listed above was brought up during actual sale of car) disgraceful from someone who works at a dealership myself

Clean small dealership salesman was great. But quality of vehicle compared to what was advertised online was very different.

Great dealership with excellent service! Didn’t feel pressured and answered all my questions. Very patient and They assisted me with choosing my vehicle which fits me and my budget.

Car purchased in Feb 2021, and tags expired 4/2/201. After an hour at the DMV was told that the car is still registered to the dealership and I am unable to do anything. Calls made to the dealership in March, and five times this week with no resolution. I understand that mistakes are made but after six calls I would expect resolution.

I was there today at this dealership and try to sell my QX50 because my wifi is not driving it anymore.we could not sell it to Carmax or any other none Infinite dealers because Infiniti finance does not allowed them to buy it. the person at infiniti offer us 3000 lower than the trade in price, he probably know that we can not sell to anyone else. He is very rude and act anxiously which make me really sad. I had 3 different Infiniti cars in the past and this QX50 would be the last one.

Great place to buy a car. The selection is endless. Never seen an infiniti store with that many options in Pre owned vehicles. They even Have luxury cars . That mclaren and R8 look amazing.Definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
