Took my Chevy vehicle Sierra Chevrolet service department for a steering issue. The staff there did not meet any of the timelines They set for keeping me informed on the repair. The guy that my vehicle was assigned to was upset about me following up with him 3 times in 24 hours, stopping me and saying, let me help you, over and over. I then asked to speak with the service manager. She explained the situation and quickly let me know my vehicle ready for pickup. Upon getting there my Chevy was parked out in front of the entrance. When I opened my door, large white marks and debris was all over the floor mat of my vehicle. Felt like someone was getting even for the request I made to speak with a supervisor. I asked the young man that had my keys to come and look at this mess. I asked him if this was the normal way for a vehicle to be returned to a customer, in this fashion...he quickly said no. I then requested the manager to come and see this mess. She saw it, admitted fault, but quickly told me she would be unable to find out which one of her employees did this to my vehicle. Also my drivers side carpet mat with the marks and debris was also suddenly broken. One of placement clips was broken off and missing. The manager advised that she could not get the exact floor mat for my Chevy, her staff damaged??? She got me an oversized all-weather floor mat that doesnt for my vehicle. Terrible service.

I am always just underwhelmed at the service here. I had an issue with some noise occurring when I turned the steering wheel. They had to order parts But they failed to call me when the parts did arrive. I called after a couple months and they say they’ve had the parts for awhile.Also it was such an ordeal just to figure out how long they would keep the thing. They just seem purposefully vague so they don’t give you a loaner when they know the work will take longer than a day.I have been to different dealership service departments for my Chevy volt so I’m comparing this to my other experiences at Chevy service dealerships. I would recommend another one over this one.

Poor customer service rude staff... your better off taking your car to a different dealership....
