Every experience Ive had with Seiko and his amazing team has been nothing but positive. Even when delivering news about a repair. Hands down the best mechanics!!! Meticulous, Honest and a shop so clean you could eat off the floor! As a woman it is hard to find someone who isnt trying to play you for a fool. I do my research and go on forums so I know what to expect before going in. Seiko has never steered me wrong and in fact has saved me literally hundreds from day one.

I really like Seikos Auto Service because they really know all my cars, and you can tell they keep good records of the maintenance done on the cars they service. This is why I prefer going here than one of the cheapo oil change places. They are very fair and honest. Theres Seiko, Cody, and Sergio, and they are all very nice and helpful. Of course, there are cheaper places, but I feel this place is worth it for the quality of service and care they provide. Weve been going there for years!

We are always happy when we take our cars to Seiko’s - they are thorough and trustworthy and reasonably priced. Seiko goes above and beyond when it comes to service and customer care. I had the pleasure of working with Sergio and Seiko. Both were very easy to work with, patient, and thorough. They made a list and went through all the details of what services were needed and NOT needed with the car. The entire process was very pleasant and I never once felt like they were pressuring me to do other services that werent needed like some other shops. They also took the time to address a couple of items that werent part of my to-do list for free.I work nearby so it was great that they were able to drop me off. Then, when the car was going to be in the shop for longer than a day, they provided me with a loaner car for free.

I was pretty impressed by the professionalism of this business. Sergio was friendly and knowledgeable of the work that they performed on my car. I really liked how they keep you up to date thru text/email with pictures included on there findings as there working on your car. I went to Seiko’s Auto Service on recommendation from a family friend when my car was acting up. They performed a full check of the vehicle and talked me through everything they recommended over the phone. They also use an online system, which is super handy, and from there you can read in depth about everything they found and what they recommend with prices. Sergio also was kind enough to make a priority list of things to be done in order or safety needs.I really appreciate everything they did for me. They did some small things for free (tire rotation, key fob battery replacement) while they changed my brake fluid. They’re really honest and kind people at Seikos and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

I always appreciate the honesty of the team at Seiko’s. I was sure I needed a brake job. Upon inspection there were a few items that needed attention, that wound up costing less than a brake job. Obtained a referral from a friend who had his Prius regularly serviced at Seikos Auto Service -- all the praise the friend expressed were evident from walking into the clean shop, meeting with Seiko and discussions with him what I needed to have done, to picking up the car upon completion of service.After an initial inspection, he listed all of the issues that were found:(timing belt, fluids, inverter and engine cooling systems, spark plugs, shocks as maintenance, brakes/rotors, steering intermediate shaft, and even light bulbs as repair); and after a no-pressure discussion of the priorities and outcomes, I agreed to a good number of the proposed service items.Disclaimer: Ive been working on my own vehicles since the 1980s ranging from simple maintenance to engine swaps, chassis swaps, and the occasional engine and transmission rebuilds, so Im not exactly easy to scam in this regard. My BS meter never went off when speaking with Seiko and even with a discussion about midway through the agreed service when I asked about additional service, after about an hour of researching the parts, availability, and prices, he gave me a frank explanation that the service was likely unneeded at the time for the cost, thus service declined at his recommendation.Seiko also resolved a long standing problem Ive had with the car (2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited) since I first got it used in 2013 -- it had a vibration in the steering at highway speeds and a rattle at times when hitting street ruts. His experience and knowledge of the Highlander sharing a basic platform with the Camry led him to research a Camry updated part (the aforementioned Steering Intermediate Shaft) which had an analog for the Highlander, ultimately curing the problem. The Toyota dealer I last visited either did not know this or did not care to research it and several tire shops did not investigate further after simply balancing the wheels/tires. Big points scored here for Seiko.Updates provided via phone calls, text messages with photos, and email were much appreciated -- folks of all kinds should be able to get the updates they need in the in which manner they are most comfortable.Pricing is fair, however, my opinion is that I got more than my moneys worth, and in surveying other reviews, most customers seemed to have the same feeling.Car was ready as promised (dropped off Tuesday afternoon, ready Friday at noon).Props to Cody as well, he and Seiko make for a very competent team.In a nutshell, I would most definitely do business with Seikos Auto Service again.

Seiko and his team did a great job in diagnosing and fixing my airbag light, which wasn’t turning off automatically like it should when starting the car.I also appreciate that they gave me a lift back home when the car was dropped off.I will definitely be coming back again when I need any service work done on my Lexus.

Seiko and Cody are extremely thorough. Their process is very transparent with a system that can text you notes, videos if needed, and they are super responsive. Prices are better than the dealer, but more importantly they are patient and willing to help you understand the problems and options so you as a customer feel like you are getting what you need vs what someone is trying to sell you.

These guys are awesome. Took my Honda Civic to have it checked out. Was advised to have programming software replaced by Honda. Problem was solved with update (by a Honda dealership) to software. No charge by Seiko. Will recommend to my customers with Hybrids.... Keep up the great service!!!

Seikos provides the best service Ive ever received. I was nervous about leaving the dealership to have my Prius serviced, but I was not getting the attention to detail and preventative maintenance at the dealer that I felt they should provide. Luckily, we found Seiko and wish we had found him sooner. His professionalism and customer service is the best. He is dedicated to keeping our 2005 Prius alive and well! He has wonderful attention to detail, the cleanest shop Ive ever seen, and is thorough and courteous in his communication.

Did a great job servicing the car. Was polite and friendly. Car was do for a major service due to hitting 100k miles. However the estimate for some of the servicing items were a bit high. Due to taking a road trip in a fee weeks had him fix the power steering hose leak they found, and had them do the oil change and simple service. Outcome was a bit pricy but he did a good job.

Seiko was very informative, thorough and I was impressed at the amount of detail he knew about my car. Great app used as well for showing you other options on the car and payment - very easy to use. I would recommend Seikos and will be bringing my car back here.

Brought my Gen2 Toyota Prius that I got a few months ago for a commuter car in because it was getting a lot less miles to the tank. Had the dealership check it out the week prior and they said everything was fine without further explanation so I wanted a second opinion. Seiko ran the car through various diagnostics and told me everything was fine but took the time to explain to me that the sensors were off and that he reset them as well as that particular model has a bladder for a tank. He didnt charge me for it and gave me pointers on what I need to monitor to determine if there is anything else going on with the vehicle. I really appreciated his thoroughness and explaining what could be causing the lowered mpg. Ill definitely be a returning customer for future maintenance!! I was referred to Seikos Auto Service through a friend and now I wont take my car anywhere else! Since I drive a Honda Accord he was perfect! Seiko specializes in Japanese vehicles - especially hybrid vehicles!I used to take my car to another mechanic but it just seemed like the job was never done. Once one issue was fixed – another problem would arise soon after. I always felt like my car wasn’t reliable – and somehow would breakdown on me any minute or wouldn’t start etc.After taking my car to Seiko’s just for a standard oil change, I was truly impressed! He had great customer service, fast turn around time, and even took the time to educate me on the differences in oil quality and showed me the differences in air filters! He also took the time to run a full diagnostic and showed me what problems were present or could arise in the future. He was honest about his recommendations, never pressured me into extra services, and helped me prioritize which repairs needed to be done first and which ones could wait.It was this type of quality service that I felt confident having my timing belt changed a few months later. That was a major preventative service repair that needed to be done but there’s no one else I’d trust to touch my car! My car was ready to be picked up the next day and it has been running great ever since! My boyfriend drives a Honda CRV and he also had his timing belt changed at Seiko’s.If you want a truly different type of mechanic, one that is passionate about Japanese vehicles, will educate you in the process and be HONEST? Seiko is extremely thorough. He created a detailed write up of recommended repairs. They clearly stated their prices and an order of priorities as to which repairs needed to be done soon, and which could wait. Our Lexus was done when they said it would be too.

I have used these guys now on 2 different cars and every time they have diagnosed and handled my specific problems quickly and for way less than the other quotes I was getting. Ill start with my 2006 Lexus IS250 which had 3 dash lights on: check engine, VSC light, and traction control light. I was told by a different mechanic that it was going to need a new catalytic converter for $2000+. I brought the car in, had these guys diagnose it and they came back with a hose that had come unplugged due to a bad motor mount. So they put on a longer hose and fixed the motor mount, all for under $400.The other car was a check engine light on a Honda Civic that ended up just being the gas cap and I got out of there spending less than $20. Their honesty and integrity is very apparent the moment you walk into this shop. They come highly recommended and I will never go anywhere else for my services! Thanks guys..
