I took my 4 year old son here tonight and they did an amazing job!! They were precise and gentle and spoiled him!! It looks absolutely perfect!!! The man is a true artist! Thank you!!

My brother has barber here who cuts his here. they do a great job if you dont mind waiting 2 to 3 hours for a hair cut. myself i go to great clips across from Walmart.

At first they refused to take us because they said they don’t take anyone after 730. Which is not what it says in their site. So after pleading with the guy because this was our second trip back because we were there the day before and it was so busy that we were told if we came back the next day anytime we wouldn’t have to wait. When we walked in it was between 730-8. They were cutting each other’s hair. Once he could see I was really not happy he said ok he would do it. He was extremely nice after that. Apologized and even said my sons cut was on him. I told him I understand if that was the rules but they don’t specify that on their site. They are very good and popular because they do great work. I’m definitely taking my son again because of the good job he did in his hair cut. So even though we started off on the wrong foot he clearly tried making it right. I appreciate that!!

Best place to get a cut. Didn’t have any problem with them at all they cut my hair better than I thought they were going to do. Recommend them for sure

This is the best place in town. I don’t care about the wait, they always make sure I leave happy and I am able to walk around with out a hat in like the 20 other places in Monroe. I always wait for John he is the best in my opinion. The only thing I wish is that they were open on Sunday as that’s my only day off.If you want a good cut, and a real shave go here. Who cares if it takes 5 hours ( I have never been there longer than 2) it is more than worth it.

Yeah it’s descent but I still don’t get the fact that’s they can’t make your line straight like pleassseee I’m going there today and I just hoppppeeee they don’t mess me up because there is always something wrong with my hair every time and the wait is low key not that long they cut your hair pretty fast too which is good I guess.

Exceptional customer service, and an even better haircut. This barber shop will leave you wondering why you ever went anywhere else. Their prices are fair and true to cost but when you leave, you’ll feel like you owe them more money(Great Value). As far as the wait goes, Ive never had to be in the barbershop for more than two hours (cut included). Then again that more so depends on ‘when’ you plan on going, every place gets busy at certain peak hours this place just happens to have more than average foot traffic when those hours present themsleves (then again what do you expect from a place who delivers exceptionally)

Im posting this from my girl friends account, but for 15 bucks this is the best place in town to get a cut and shave. Straight razor line up at the end, then they rub your whole hair line with this stuff that smells awesome and prevent any razor burn. As long as this place is open Ill NEVER go anywhere else. Awesome job guys for going above and beyond the norm!!

You wait forever to get your hair cut. Also, I have come to wait early to get in when the doors open, but no one has shown up. I have seen no info online or on the door and there is no message when calling to inform you if operating hours have changed. Other than that, they are friendly and skillful.

I will never go here again and I dont recommend it. First of all, there was only one barber working. Secondly, I was very specific with the barber in regards to what I wanted done with my beard, but it was not done and my beard was ruined. Next, the blade he used to shave me was either dull or dirty because became very irritated and BRUISED! I have had skin irritation in the past when shaving but NEVER bruising. I can honestly say, however, that I was satisfied with my haircut. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and money.

Best barber Ive been to in the states. Alaa can throw you whatever you want. He can also do a proper fade, not a salon-type fade. Rome and John are pretty good too. You wont leave unsatisfied.

Osama is the barber I went to and dang, he killed it. I’ve gotten fades from other barbers and stylists in Monroe, but he’s been the best at them. Both sides and the back of my head were even and the part was perfectly placed. The straight razor was also done well for my first time and it was perfectly symmetrical on both sides. I got so many compliments for my cut and beard. If you want to look really sharp, this is the place to go. I did have to wait a bit, but it was definitely worth it. Ahmed and Hisham are also really good at cutting, but Osama’s my guy.

Will not go here ever again, go in for a line up and get charged for full cut and shave from a guy that doesn’t know how to cut hair. Al is the owner and only one who knows how to cut but doesn’t even get to the shop till 3 pm. Says opens at 10 but no one is ever there untill noon.. I’ll be going to Rome and Alex in the big lots plaza for now. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here smh

Will never take my son back to get his hair cut here ever again. His dad took him in and told them how he wanted it done. They practically shaved all my sons hair off when he liked it long to style it, causing him to break down and cry! Not very happy about them upsetting my son!! His dad was getting his hair cut at the same time so hes wasnt able to watch them cut it.

The last 2 times Ive come here Ive waited 2 plus hours and had to leave. They have only had one barber there each time taking 45min to an hour per customer. There are 3 guys ahead of me on the list that puts me there for 3 or 4 hours total. Would love to give u guys my business jus dont have that kind of time to spare. There are like 6 chairs in this place and one guy working at a time. Lots of people being turned away cause of wait times. This business must not need the money

My son has had a cowlick his whole life and we have never found anyone to be able to handle it, well we stopped there and AL cut his hair and did a fantastic job. The salon and barbers, we very friendly!!
