Ive been coming to Los Jefes in Monroe for a couple of years now -- Vino, Mauricio and Joe are all great. Great combination of clipper, scissor and old-school straight razor grooming. Overall, there is a fun vibe to the place. Every time I return for a haircut/beard trim, it seems they have made some small improvement to their space. I go here whenever I need my undercut done up. They always do a clean job, no razor burns, feels fresh and always looks good. Nice ornate crisp lines. Quick, painless, and fair priced.

Got to give major props to Erik! Been going here for over 2 years and every time I go in, theyre professional and listen to what you want. They give you recommendations as to what might be better too. I came in as a walk in and the manager went above and beyond to provide the best experience any barber shop could offer. Very clean shop, following covid protocols, friendly manager gave me a haircut, haircut was prefect, offered a free beverage, information given about hair products after cut.beard and hair lines came out amazing!

I have been to almost every single barber shop in Monroe and let me tell you Ive never felt more taken care of than when I was at Los jefes. they get the fades right they get the hard parts right and they get everything else right I really appreciate the effort they put into haircuts here.

These guys are amazing! My husband is very much a last minute planner. He called Los Jefes to get him and his 4 groomsmen hair cuts and beard trims for our wedding. The guys at the shop told him they were completely booked for appointments like that on such short notice. But they offered to come in 2 hours early to work to get it done for our wedding! Been there three times usually fades are nice and clean and the lines are good maybe a new barber this time kid seemed young nothing is right looks like an even cut headed to Everett to my normal barber to have him fix I moved to three lakes area recently so I wanted to find some one closer guess I will be driving to Everett now for haircuts i understand new guys have to learn but maybe one of the senior barbers look over there work and fix before they let a customer walk away

Finally! A barbershop in Monroe that can cut ALL TYPES of hair at a relatively low price ($20.00). Military discount and the barbers are cool peeps.Note that they do a great job voting African American hair--a rare skill in these parts. They do beard trims and razor shaves. Also open on holidays. Theyre now my go to barbershop.

Great haircut, great option having walk in accessibility but rated low due to pricing whats posted isnt what your charged so pay attention....appointments are priced higher and I was charged for an adult appointment when clearly my son is a kid and we walked in and were asked multiple times if we were a walk in. Well be back but we will pay more attention to the pricing and ask questions prior to card being swiped then told not to tip because the charge was incorrect.

I brought my 4 year old here yesterday because I kept hearing great things about this barber shop. We walked in on a Friday afternoon and surprisingly, we only waited like 40 minutes. Mariana I think is her name, cut my son hair. She was very good with him and made hair cutting look like a work of art 😮 Ive never seen so many different tools lol. She was a perfectionist! 15.00 for kids haircuts. I gave her a good tip though. Found our go to place for sure!

I took a shot at getting a cut where they clearly werent experienced with what I wanted or did on a regular basis, but that was my choice and it didnt come out too bad.. charged a bit high for the cut I think but all in all an ok experience. Definitely A MENS BARBER SHOP!!!!!!!

This has come to be my favorite place for a haircut. More expensive than many franchise spots, but worth it given the quality of the cuts and the services provided. It harkens back to the traditional barber shop feel, with beard grooming and all. Be prepared to spend 1.5x more than sportsclips though.

Good haircuts, when you can get in. After being invited by the owner to come and try to place out the disappointed to always be surpassed by people with appointments. And when I try to call and make an appointment I was always told to come and walk in. After my most recent visit wasting an hour and a half at my time and not getting a haircut, I dont think Ill be back.

They said they were open until 8. Went in there at 730 bc I saw no one was waiting and there was a barber standing around. They told me they were closed when I walked in. Guess they are not open until 8 unless they feel like it

Great shop best in town, my barber was super detailed took his time made sure my cut was on point, love the shops that are capable and use straight razors, and the east coast vibe love it!

3 times we have tried this place. First time crappy haircut. Second time they cut my kids skin with the razor in a couple places. Third time had an appointment for 4pm and left @ 4:40 with no haircut! Don’t waist your time!
