Very poor service and unbelievably unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend Chris Muzzy to anyone. I sell cars for a living. My nephew came to buy a car from me on Tuesday and happened to have this insurance agent. When we went to add this car to his insurance two things happened: First, it took 45 minutes before someone answered the phone and two, I found out his current cost for his old 2003 Ford Taurus. They had been charging him about 40.00 too much based on his age and EXCELLENT credit score. This threw up a red flag to me, plus remember this is MY FAMILY MEMBER. I told the agent that current amount seemed grossly high and in the same breath I told my nephew if they do not give you a quote worthy of your credit I will recommend other insurance companies. Well now here is the fantastical part...wait for it. Chris Muzzy herself came to my dealership the next day to attempt to get me fired for telling my customer, the one she has over charged for a very long time, to switch if they didnt come through with a fair price. Either your EGO is out of control or youre just plain mean to do something this dramatic. Mind you they were so so busy the day before to bother answering the phone for 45 minutes but she suddenly has time for all this drama. Shame on you Chris Muzzy and Im still deciding whether or not to sue you for what you did Wednesday. AVOID someone like this at all cost there are many quality agents to choose from.

I am very happy with Chris and her office staff. I had a situation that I wasnt aware of until one of her team members brought it to my attention. I spoke with Chris about it, and she had it taken care of immediately. I appreciate all of their hard work, and they definitely had my best interest at heart.

I originally called Chris Muzzys office and spoke to Andrea as I was shopping around for a quote on my snowmobile. As we were going over the quote I made it clear that I would only be needing insurance on the machine for January, February, and March. Andrea assured me I could insure it for the entire 12 months for $570 and I confirmed I was not interested in that quote. I stated that I again only wanted to insure the machine for 3 months. She said they have no option to take it on and off so I would just need to call and cancel the policy at anytime and I would not be charged anything additional or any fees. She wrote up the quote and said it would be approx. $50 a month. I then re confirmed that then If I started the Quote now I would be charged $50 a month and then when I cancel thats all I would of had to pay. So keeping the policy for the 3 months I would of paid $150 give or take correct? She confirmed that was the case. I call last week for Chris to answer and tell me that is not how to works and this is a peak season policy. The $50 per month is to just help the customer out and keep the policy simple by paying the same every month. I explained to her that this is not how Andrea explained it as I confirmed with her multiple times. The worst part is I was calling to not only cancel my snowmobile for the season but to add my truck and my home. After her conversation about the machine I immediately retracted that thought and would never insure another thing with this branch of state farm. They confirm that everything is what you state on the phone and then change their tune when you call back 3 months later. Very Unprofessional and misleading when it comes to providing info. DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH CHRIS MUZZY. I made it clear I found slightly better offers outside of Monroe but wanted to keep my money local. What a mistake!!! NEVER INSURE ANYTHING WITH CHRIS MUZZY!!!!!
