I have been a tenant since 2015 and have nothing but great things to say about Creel Properties. The property is perfectly located for a college student that dont have vehicles, a short 5-10 minute walk to campus, and close to many other establishments. The management is amazing and so willing to work with the tenants. They are very understanding and try to tend to all of our needs, even those high demands that we might have sometimes, lol. I highly recommend living here for anyone and everyone!

They don’t let you break leases. I found a better more updated apartment that’s fits my needs. Called the office to see if I could move out early(had been living there 2 years paid rent early no problems) all for them to say they don’t break leases you have to find someone to take over your lease and forfeit your deposit. It takes them a while to get to work orders.

I was a tenant there back in 2013, from 2013-2016 actually. Great people, compassionate to understanding the needs of tenants there. Family type atmosphere, with tons of laughs that are needed when you travel from home to try and make Monroe home for the time your there. My relationship is still active, although I’m no longer in Monroe I can’t help but stop by and speak. Still feels like family. Great place, great people!

People in the office are so ignorant about their tenants. They will never pick up phone calls and reply to emails. Lowest quality of customer service. A lot of people I know that are living in Creel are moving out because of the same reason. They will only try to take your money by dragging unnecessary fees. Worst place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend Creel to anybody.

This place is awesome! They have the most amazing and hardworking employees, very nice apartments, and great atmosphere! This is definitely a place worth living!!
