Nice and friendly

Great apartments for anyone on a tight budget or going to school. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Easily one of the nicest apartments in Monroe for the price range.

I have lived at this residence twice and it has been great both times! Ive lived in two different buildings and both have met expectations of safe living! I loved my apartment!

So sick of that dang gate getting stuck! 😣
