I recently paid for a 60 minute massage and was told midway through the massage that they can only do a 45 minute massage. They told me they would give me ten dollars back. I was rushed out the door without being compensated. I will try a new place.

Sasha is always great. There was a new girl last time I was there and she was also superb. My back feels so much better.

I have had numerous massages from many establishments. This was by far the most different yet best experience I ever had. Sasha was phenomenal. She was plesant, attentive, respectful, complementary, asked many questions and made sure I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Off a whim I choose this place figured Ill try some new places. Lower back and neck pain subsided and I feel pretty good. I will definitely be back.

Been here like 14 times I drive for a limo company this place and Asian paradise in Lombard/ on Butterfield are the best two Asian massage locations in Chicago land you actully walk out of these two places asking yourself should I have payed more for this quality when 99% the time your mad at yourself for spending the money

My experience at Oriental Pearl Spa was unlike any massage I have had before. They have these bars that run the center of the room which allows the masseuse to walk on your back. The deep pressure technique was ever so relaxing. She really hit the spots in my lower back which needed quite a bit of work. My masseuse was very attentive to what I had to say, and made sure to always double check and see if there was any other parts that needed work. The soothing music and peaceful atmosphere added to this wonderful experience, and I will definitely return!

Well...this was interesting. They’re very overpriced and the massage didn’t feel good at all. They press on your back, it’s not a massage. My daughter was in there with me. She’s 8 and the lady kept hitting her on the butt a million times, while making baby noises. She was very obviously uncomfortable. I even had to ask her to stop, then she did it again. I don’t think she’s a weirdo like that, but come on, how awkward. I paid, i tipped well, but I’m Not coming back. Second star is for cleanliness.

This place is a hidden gem in a mostly empty plaza so parking is no problem. During my massage the young lady walked on my back for a period of time, or should i say she vibrated, it was amazing how she had so much control of her feet and legs. There are bars overhead that the girl uses for balance as you receive this type of massage. In a word it was unbelievable.The place is always very clean and has a clean smell. I do enjoy the light soothing background music and darkened rooms.Two years I have been going to Oriental Pearl and I still get the best feeling every time I have a massage here. The girls are always friendly and professional, and I wonder as I see some of the other reviews if these people are just too hard to please or they really havent been to Oriental Pearl or have some other reason for what they are writing....!

Ive driven past this new massage spa a few times and finally decided to make an appointment for a massage. When you walk in, you can see that it is nicely decorated and very clean. The girl at the counter explained the different types of massages and treatments available. I decided to get a ashiatsu massage. It is a type of massage where the masseuse holds onto bars above the table and uses her feet to give the massage. The girl giving me the massage was very nice and professional. She was exceptional at giving a massage. Ive gotten a lot of massages at many places, and she gave one of the best massages Ive had. Its finally nice to have a clean and professional massage place, with knowledgeable and professional employees, close to home. I will definitely be back.

It didnt impressed me. After watching the adds with beautiful ladies I was tempted to check it out.just to meet average older Chinese ladies. And the price $70 dollars per hour and she wanted a tip too? Thanks but no thanks.oh aND the massage was more like 50 minutes not 60

Im on my feet a lot for work! My feet and lower legs hurt because Im on my feet a lot. I go for massages about every two weeks! So...,., I have been to many places. Orientation massage is the best place I have been to!!👍

I gave this place a shot last week and it wasn’t a good experience. I have had over 200 Massages in the past 15 years and this was a bad one. During the Massage I was asking for less pressure and the Therapist didn’t speak English so it was deep tissue in places that were painful. After the appointment the woman insisted I give her a $25 tip. She took my card and typed in $25 ahead of time. Very unprofessional and definitely not going back.

Be careful they go through your clothes and steal your money. They do while you are right there in the room. They are sneaky. Dont know how they got me but they did.

Dont speak or understand English. Was told they can do a prenatal massage, but when I went in for my appointment the lady going to give me the massage was freaking out because I was pregnant. Tried to tell her if she is not comfortable to say that, but the other lady in there was yelling at her do the massage. Then the other lady told.me just to leave because I finally said if she is not comfortable with me being pregnant it is ok she does not need to do the massage. Then they called my SO to see where I was for the appointment after I walked out. Would not go back ever again.

If my neck didnt still hurt so bad, from rhe massage. Several of the techniques used were awesome. But the neck rubbing thing done to both me and my wife hurt really bad. Nevere had pain feom a massage last several days after like this. The massage was over priced and painfull.Waiting for heavenly massage to have open appointments next time.

I have to say I have been to a couple different spas in the area and none of them come close.Clean atmosphere,friendly staff,and professional.I would highly recommend Oriental Pearl to anyone.Sophie the manager is great.

Went in no pains left i am in so much pain from yesterday. Husband went in with pain and today he is even worse. He left pale and blacked out face first in the floor when he got home. Never again.
