The JRP group helped sell my house and it sold very quickly. I was referred to Demitrio from a friend of family. I had a chance to work with Demitrio and Brisa. They helped the selling of my house go easy and smooth through out. My situation was a little difficult because I’m going through a divorce. They were able to meet and contact  both of us separately. They were always there to answer any questions we had . All the paperwork was done online or they came to us, there was never any need to leave our home or work. They made everything easy and convenient. I thank them for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family or anyone looking to sell or buy a home and would also choose to work with them again in the future.

I want to thank you Raman for getting me this wonderful house for the best rate in market. I was first time home buyer and he was really helpful. He was really corporative and got me my dream house. He always answer phone call on first bell and always there when u need him. I would recommend everyone to go to him, if you looking to buy a house.

This place was the most unprofessional realtor my family and I have ever worked with. We worked with Demitrio and Brisa who wouldn’t even answer our phone calls knowing we were selling our home in a different state and would be homeless. Brisa was very rude and condescending to my mother and went many days with us not knowing any information.It was almost 2 months of hell. Demitrio would screen my mothers phone calls and send her straight to voicemail. I had a local phone number he was unfamiliar with and I tried calling after her, and he immediately answered. Not to mention after the sell fell through because they were bullying my mother to making sure she couldn’t get her deposit back, we learned that the seller wasn’t even in fact the person signing over his house but a relative (which is illegal) not sure how these people are getting away with their business but someone should definitely take a look into their books. The house has been put back on the market 4 times already in the last 3 months because the sell fell through. Sketchy business and I would be VERY aware to ever work with these two people. Don’t trust the reviews.
