Excellent service

Unprofessional and cowardly. Jason has zero customer service, class, or integrity. He lacks the intellect to have an intelligent conversation, so he attempts to yell and talk over females. Only females though, because if a man shows up he lowers his voice instantly. Imagine that. There are good people in this business that are kind, honest,classy and caring. At Yoder property management you will not find good people. Garbage company.

I wouldn’t recommend Yoder to anyone. This man (Jason) is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have come across. He has no problem talking down to you and is verbally aggressive. If your a person that reads reviews before purchasing/renting I would take ALL of these negative reviews into consideration.

Father and son both are rude, self important,arrogant,jerks. DONOT use these two fools. They seem nice at first, but it comes out later.

Im not suppose to give any star but without any star I cant right any review. Owner Jason unprofessional rude and racist. He doesnt know how to talk with clients only knows how to talk too much. I applied for one of his listing(4013 Gagos drive) property. When I applied its mentioned on my application willing to move from 12/01/19. Next day he call me and tell me my application approved. Next day I went his office and wants to know what is next step. He telling me owner wants me to sign lease from 20th November other than he will give this property some body else. He told me he will talk to owner about date and let me know. Two days passing he never call me . I call him and he wants me to take the property from 25th November. In that situation I told him to send my lease. He send lease and I signed all legal documents. After that before I deposit my payment I call him and request him can I start lease from December 1st? Just last request.If not I am okay and deposit all money right now. He start screaming and telling me he will cancel my lease and he did that. He send me email right a way and cancel my lease.So my request all home owner and tenants please dont do any business with this unprofessional man other than you guys will be in trouble like me.

If I could give 0 stars I totally would. I applied here because I called him asking if he took first time renters with 0 credit and he said Yes there is no problem with that at all, the home you want is good for first time renters we just have to make sure you have no evictions and that your income weighs out. Which made me very excited because I have a baby on the way and we had terrible luck before but $80 later he denies us FOR OUR 0 CREDIT. My income alone is twice the rent and my spouse makes the rent and a half so our money was not a problem. He screwed me out of my money after pretending to understand my situation saying I didnt want to apply unless I had a good chance which I never did at all but he told me I did. Terrible place should have listened to the reviews.

I’ve rented from them before. They were always professional. Was a great experience never had any problems but then again I also pay my rent on time.

I have been renting from Yoder for 3 1/2 years. They have been courteous and helpful each time Ive been in. I walk in to pay my rent every month and am always greeted with a smile and an inquiry about how things are going. When Ive needed repairs or help with something, they have been quick to respond....even on a weekend. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

We have been renting from Yoder for over a year now. Everything has been wonderful! I was shocked to see all of these bad reviews, very shocked. We have never had any problems with them. Every time we have any issues with the house theyre very quick to respond and get everything figured out in a timely manner. Jason is always very nice when I take the rent in. I think all of these bad reviewers are crazy! Yoder is great!

The guy is rude and disrespectful. He would not even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. A simple hello, Ill be right with you. He seem prejudice of blacks. So beware. Dont bother to enter this business. I would give less than one star.

Yolder management is a great realtor place me and my wifes first rental. The company strives to bring great service jason makes sure of that basically running the office with assistance. Everything we had a issue with our place they scheduled to get fixed. His dad a big on priorities on getting things done he is like a contractor or something very nice dedicated service for rentals.

Incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly business. The man who greeted us this morning was rude and condescending. We arrived for our 11am appointment to look at an apartment for rent that we were told yesterday was available. This person told us, Its no longer available. I rented it yesterday and am waiting for the girl to bring her deposit. He went on to school us on renting property as though we didnt know any better. I guess a phone call to tell us versus waiting until we arrived wasnt a part of their customer service. Ill never deal with again and will be sure to keep all of my friends and relatives informed to avoid this company should they ever find themselves in need of property management or realtor services. Incredible.

Very Clean and well organized

What an unprofessional management company. They not only refuse to take care of issues for the property, they are rude an hang up when you dont say what they want to hear. I would strongly recommend using anyone other than Yoder. What a shame. The Property owner is a great person, she really needs a different property manager.

To owners, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFFESIONAL PEOPLE. With the recent wind and rain a tree feel in the yard of a reveal being us, compromising the tree next to it. For 3 days i and 3 other neighbors have been calling telling them this tree was a hazard and going to fall. Well after bring told to f**k off and lose this number, do not call again, the tree surely fell. Ruining 3 diferent sections of fence. They claimed an act of God and told us to deal with it. Mind you street being repeatedly warned and asked to take care of it before this happened. This happened 2 years prior as well. These people are garbage and should be put out of business.

Jason very helpful and nice always a pleasure doing buisness with him.

RUN! RUN! RUN!!!Wish that we had read the reviews before engaging with these people. Unprofessional to the point of being abusive. God help anyone that is stuck in a contract with this company.

Do not, I repeat, do not use Youder Property Mgmt. Unless you like being verbally assaulted and degraded as a woman. I have never in my life dealt with such horrific and abusive behavior. Wayne and Jason Youder are not just abusive, prejudiced, and hateful. They lack one ounce of human compassion for a tenant with any property issue. I was ignorant and ignored the poor reviews, please dont make the same mistake I did. Use a different property mgmt Co.!!!!!!!

Jason is a talented deal maker. Negative reviews are very inaccurate.

Please do not use Yoder Property Management unless you want to be verbally abused, possibly yelled and cursed at, and treated in a degrading manner. There a quite a few professional property management companies to choose from in Modesto. You do not have to submit yourselves to this type of treatment.
