Went to Sylvia to get my hair highlighted and cut told her not to touch my sides still did . Left there with the zebra haircut look. Horrible .not even close what wanting with the highlights. Said she will refund me half my money still hasn’t.

Went in for a deep tissue massage with Misty and oh lord it hurt!!!!!!!!! But it was so worth it she got every knot that I had. She is very attentive with your needs. So sweet and caring, she asked if I had and concerns I left feeling amazing and so light lol. I would definitely recommend her! I will be coming back best massage ever! Aside of how beautiful the place is

Horrible service...I had an appointment set for over a week at 11:30 am to get daughters hair cut and I come in 15 minutes early and the owner thinks because the appointment is with her she can be with you anytime she wants no consideration for someone elses time... She was still with her previous client walking out of the door after sitting there for 30 minutes without my daughters hair cut or the acknowledgement that we were still waiting ... Do not recommend all

I have the most wonderful Stylist (Harriett) at Mosiac Salon. She is excellent with color & haircuts. I have been going to her for about 15 years. My daughter & Granddaughter also go to her. Shes very current & up to date on styles, etc. She has made me look beautiful for years. I always feel great after she does my hair. Shes the best!!!

I was running late...but they were still able to fit me in. Ive been dying my own hair for over 2 years...and you could tell. I was always afraid to try a new salon. Adrian helped me, and he did a fantastic job. My hair looks healthy, and I love the color. Thank you so much for such a great experience! I will definitely come back!

Yeah, I finally found a local salon that does hair extensions. Im from Stanislaus county and I would have to drive to Sacramento to get very expensive hair extensions that wouldnt last very long in my hair. Terri is the one that can do the fusion hair extensions and she absolutely did a great job. If you have been thinking of getting this done I highly recommend Terri @ this hair salon. I have very fine thin hair and the extension help it look more healthy and full. Its definitely not cheap but it is well worth it. they are supposed to last anywhere between 3 to 6 months. I am so happy with the results and I also found a really good hair stylist. Thank you Terri!

I understand that people get tired due to our stressful job. But what right does the massage therapist from Mosaic Salon have to raise her voice to her client, for misunderstanding the difference between the sports massage to a relaxation massage? Ms. Misty told her client to go to massage envy, because she was not the one she was looking for. I dont understand why Mosaic Salon is keeping her with that kind of attitude.

Great customer service. They are really unbeatable when it comes to keeping the customer satisfied. Sylvia really knows how to run her business, and she knows who to hire. They are all wonderful hairstylists.

Its always scary when trying out a new salon, but my experience with Mosaic was absolutely wonderful! I brought in a picture of what I was trying to achieve with style and color and I also had extentions, which they were able to match it perfectly! They did such a fantastic job with the color and match to the color of the extentions that some of my friends had no idea that I even had extentions done! They really took time to understand what I wanted, made me feel comfortable and provided excellent service. AAA+ for Mosaic salon, I cant wait to go back!

I was in need of a new haircut and when I went into the salon for the first time I was quickly attended and Sylvia was very attentive to what haircut I wanted and was able to create it. Im glad I chose mosaic salon and I will be going back for future appointments.

Amazing! I walked in and they were so pleasant with me. Rebecca sat me down talked with me about how i wanted my hair cut, about the texture of my hair. As she was cutting she explained what she was doing. I love my new hair style!! I love this place and Rebecca! It is so clean inside and decorated beautiful. it was an over al great experiance!
