We had to take an emergency trip to Delaware so we stopped for an oil change. 2000 miles later I go to change the oil and the drain plug is so rounded off I cant even get a socket on it no I have to go buy a new drain plug so I can change my oil. Never rely on these people to change your oil. They will damage your property.

This is the only place I get my oil changed. They do not try to up sale you and are honest, hard working people. The oil change is quick, but thorough, making sure that all of the old oil drains. I highly recommend it, especially for any women tired of being taken advantage of by mechanics.

Ive been to the oil change shop a couple of times and theyve always treated me very well. James, the manager, is really friendly and honest. Theyre not pushy on sales and only offer what my car needs. Ill keep using them for sure.

Why is it that i had to go back and forth with the cashier about giving me a proper receipt! if you give me a receipt with someones elses name and address on it, then this is NOT my receipt ! How am i to get reimbursed for a receipt that has someones elses name on it? My van takes 5w20 oil the receipts says they put in 5 30 oil in it, should i not have a question about this? Whether the right oil was put in my van? When the cashier FINALLY void the transaction and tells me i have to pay again, then should i be able to get a copy of the void transaction to insure that i dont get charged again! ISNT THE LAW that i get a receipt! Also the cashier is the one to put oil in my van and he spills the oil on my engine, now my van smells like oil. So finally the cashier calls the manager, and the manager gives the okay to give me a receipt. after he LIED to the manager telling him things that i didnt say! this is a sure way to tell when someone knows that they are wrong!!! when they have to resort to lying! THEIR PROFESSIONALISM SUCKS!!!

I went there because the sign that they have advertised about recharging a.c. I told they guy I had just had my converter replace on my Suburban and it need to be vacuumed out they guy told me he had never heard of that. Then he told me that If have to pay 15.00 extra for each can to charge up my a.c. but it wasnt stated at first to give me an option long story short they almost messed up my unit and I had to pay an additional 80.00 at a neighborhood mechanic to go in my pipes and dig for a part that they pushed out of place due to lack of knowing how to do their job. Ive called several times they do not pick up the phone and the black bald guy with the beard and very rude!! Never will I listen to my husband again and go there!!
