Dont apply for a job w/ this company! They will not back you on things that are out of your control!

I had an interview at Elevate Workforce in the Baton Rouge office. After interview. I took a instant drug screen. I was told the cup was in the bathroom on top of toilet. The bathroom was so dirty and unsanitary. The toilet and sink looked like it was never cleaned!! Trash overflowing out of trash can!! The cup sitting on toilet was unsealed with no lid!!! I was told to leave cup on table when finished ❓ On the table was at least ten of the dip sticks scattered all over the table. These are what is used to test your urine!!! Im not sure if they were new or use?  They were not sealed. Then Taylor told me I had to leave and they would get back with me with the results!!? Taylor said that this was their policy!!! So l left. I called Elevates headquarters. I talked to HR department. They told me that this was not there policy. I called back to get my results. I was told that the drug screen was good and my resume was sent off to the employer. When they found out that I called elevates headquarters, Taylor called me back and said I failed the drug screen!!!? I asked Taylor what showed positive on the drug screen. Again Taylor who is the one in charge at elevate workforce in Baton Rouge. She told me she could not tell me, Because this was there policy. This office or I should say Taylor seems to makes up her own rules and policys.The people and process are so unprofessional. I hope Elevates headquarters understands and takes action to resolve these issues.

Asks for $20.00 for drug test but doesnt want to print receipt plus corporate already paid for drug test. Double dipping

They said I would be paid on my card Friday but what time Friday?

Didnt pay more than half there staff then left.
