I have worked with Longs for over 20 years either as a employee or as an employer looking for job candidates. They have always been very responsive to my needs. Last month, I registered with Longs looking for a job. I was employed fulltime within 2 weeks with a great company earning the salary I needed. I really appreciate everyone at Longs because they work as a team. And definitely a shout out to Kathryn for giving me the hookup!!

This company really helped me out a lot. I would recommend Long’s Human Resource to anybody. I was laid off from my job due to Covid and I went to them. I ended up getting a job through another company. But that wasn’t the end of the story. My recruiter with them, Kathryn, still looked for jobs that she thought would be a right fit for me. I was a able to get a better job with more pay because of the dedication they have to helping people find the right job.

This office discriminate on so many levels. They never return yoyr calls, lie and does not keep in contact with potential employees. Ive been trying to contact them for 3 weeks about job postings and no one ever calls me back. If you are educated and knowledgeable in your profession do not contact this employment agency for employment. Their website is a facade and if you are not their friend or white you are wasting your time.

Bc they kept my last 2checks refused to give me w2s, said I never worked for them.

Ive worked with Catherine Alisa and Brandy. All three have been very nice and helpful. I have found work through them in the past and recently needed help finding employment again. I was put right to work.

Expected a little more. I applied and was told I would be contacted soon. Its been 2 weeks and nothing. Also, my visit wasnt very great either. I was expecting someone to actually sit down with me and ask me exactly what I was looking for. I was the only person there, so they werent too busy. But maybe an empty office was a clear sign of service. Wont waste my time here again.

Put in an application and was called in an Interview for warehouse and customer service positions. Two months later nothing. I called a few times got Alecias voice mail but no return calls. Didnt work out for me at all. Should have at least got a call back with constructive criticism of why they werent interested in sending me out on a job.

Their willingness to help is ZERO. Where the directors looking at or focused at? Hire better recruiters. Tons of paperwork, waste of time!

I will not recommend this company because they will tell you that they have a job for you but you will never hear nothing back from them. If someone is not right for the job tell them up front so that you will not be wasting their time.
