CC, Inc. is not a company that follows fair and honest employment practices. They are extremely prejudice and do not practice EEO hiring policy. They cheat their employees out of pay and charge the company (General Contractor) money, even though the employee is not receiving their benefits or Per-Diem, that they are entitled to. They constantly put them in danger because they do not follow regs and feel they are above the law. If an employee gets hurt on the job, instead of filing a claim with the appropriate people, i.e. their Insurance carrier, they fire them, they bully them, and they threaten them, as well as, lie to the employee about who determines whether they are entitled to Worker’s Compensation, which is against the law. When an employee gets hurt, they REFUSE to give said employee the Worker’s Compensation Insurance carrier information or file a claim. Instead they lie to the employee and refuse to take their calls or assist them in any way. To date, they have not been truthful or filed a claim, stating they didn’t know there was an injury, even though their representative is the one who drove the injured employee to the ER.
